I got my nails done here and the guy I got did not do good I went back 5 minutes later to ask if he can fix them he said no and his coworker saw how bad he did and was willing to fix them but he said no again, man was mad about his own art work. They also charged my sister 95 for gel nails!! Will not be coming back

I love going here! Holly the manager has always been amazing! Super friendly staff and excellent pedicures and gel manicures! Today I got acrylic. The new girl Leah does an awesome, efficient job! So friendly and down to earth! I wanted to give 10 stars today! Thanks Leah for the nails and pedicure! Was amazing and relaxing! As a mother of 3, I needed this spa time, and I got more then what I expected here!

Don’t waste your time. This place was okay at one point but I just went in today and I said I want a manicure with dip powder and they asked if I’d wait and I said yes, then a young guy came around and said pick a color and go to the last table. He stood there and watched me, waiting for me to pick a color (uncomfortable) and then was mumbling under his breath as I went to the table. He couldn’t find the color I wanted and came back and said they don’t have it, so I asked if he had something similar and he walked away, mumbling under his breath. He began grinding on my nails and it got super hot and I asked if he’d be easy… started mumbling again. Then he started to try and apply color to my nails but hadn’t done the manicure, I asked him if he could do the manicure first and clean up my cuticle. He literally huffed and said it’ll be an extra $10.00 and at that point I was already there for 30 minutes trying to just get a manicure so I left. Go somewhere else.

Had a 5 star treatment today by Anna! Got a premium gel pedicure and gel manicure. Anna took the time to provide me with the best pedicure I've had in 5 years. I am hard on my feet, she left me no calluses, beautifully trimmed cuticles and the softest legs and feet. She did a great massage too. Thanks Anna for giving me great service today!

definitely prices for tourists. paid 67 dollars and she didn’t scrape dead skin off nor did she pick any hang nails out. She was also watching videos and didn’t say much to me.

This was one of the worst pedicures I’ve had, there was 3 customers in the place and all employees on hand. They rushed through the whole process and coming from someone who is a licensed nail technician. There was no pressure with the massage I still have spots on my heels they missed and the polish job was not it. For $70 this was not it I basically got a polish change and some lotion.

I use to frequent this business , however Friday was my first time here in a while. I went in picked my color and was seated in a pedicure chair. I waited so long that the water got cold and then a older lady (that was also caring for an infant) sat down and proceeded to trim my toe nails. She cut my big toenail way too short, to the point of hurting. Then she had to leave to take care of the infant again. Then a younger lady came and took care of me (much more pleasant ). Very Unprofessional experience to say the least. I am not sure where the previous employees went, however I did not recognize anyone. Will not be back.

My $40 fill in was $50 when she finished because she shortened my nails a little bit. It only cost $35 in Jacksonville so I will definitely make the drive from now on. My 1st \u0026 last time here!!!

Although I think they did a good job, I was totally grossed out.I went in to get my eyebrows done after reading good reviews, and the sheet & pillow case covering the table were disgustingly dirty.I was waiting for them to cover the table with paper but that never happened.So as they did my eyebrows all I Kept thinking about was lice getting in my hair.I don’t know why they don’t realize that the health violation but somehow it needs To be brought to their attentionService: Waxing

Long story short, I went in a couple days ago, seated and my pedicure started by a young gentleman, who was singing, or made all weird sound while he was working on my pedicure what made me feel kinda weird .My toes got cut so bad and my heal almost bleeding.I noticed that he don't even have any knowledge about his job .Then another girl, gave me massages , and polished what took about 40 minutes for my toes be colored, .He came back and screaming in her face , and pointed his finger to her and yelled about total money that customers just walked out the salon .I just about to call cops on him , then she said that her husband, Omg .It were a terrible experience that I had there NO RELAX , DON"T WASTE YOUR TIMES , YOUR MONEY

I am indifferent about this place. Sometimes I like their work and sometimes I do not like it at all. It all depends on who does our nails. I ended up asking for a design the other day for my birthday. I would have definitely had her redo it but it was near closing time and I was already running behind schedule because Ruby got up and didn’t return for at least 5 minutes which was kind of annoying. The design looks absolutely nothing like the Virgo constellation I asked her to do. Her design has 5 “tails” and 2 squares whereas the actually design has 4 “tails” and one square. So frustrating to have to come home and fix my nails that I just paid them to do. Ugh. Other times that have popped off or broke super quickly or I leave with lumps and misshaped nailed. I guess you could say it is a gamble. And a pricey gamble at that. It was $108 for my daughter and myself to get our nails filled.
