Moved here from Scottsdale last year & this was my first time in. My husband, daughter, and I were greeted by Bella who was the nicest, sweetest customer service person ever! I bought the cutest dress too! Loved the store and the customer service was fabulous! I’ll be back soon!!!!

Cutest boutique! Just moved into the area and when I went in I was immediately greeted and the owner even offered to watch my 1 year old son while I shopped around. She had toy cars for him to play readily available and it made the entire experience relaxing and stress free. Can’t wait to go back!

Best place to get clothes in Greenville!! They have a great variety of unique clothes that are good quality. I recently did an online order and the clothes came so fast and in perfect condition.

I purchased a dress online from this boutique. After I received an email asking me to call them to pay for additional shipping cost. I did not see this email for over a week due to it going to my spam folder. During this time, they held my package from being shipped with zero attempt to contact me by phone (which was provided on my order) or another email. They stated it was their websites fault, but still told me I “owed” them the money. Seems almost like a scam to receive additional funds from customers after they purchase items online. Unprofessional & rude would not recommend.

Stopped into Votre this weekend for the first time since they opened the new location. I always loved shopping here, but this time I was not as impressed. The racks were very overloaded, which made it difficult to look around. In the past Votre has always been tidy and aesthetically pleasing to shop at. There seems to be a lot of winter or last season things still out, which took away from the spring shopping experience. Saw some cute things, but ultimately overwhelmed by the lack of organization and felt like I couldn’t focus on picking out new things for my wardrobe.

Wouldn’t recommend shopping here due to their return policy, which is 1) absolutely no returns in the traditional sense of the word (with credit back to the card used to purchase) and 2) only offering store credit or an exchange if you bring the item back *within 7 days* with original receipt and tag. I’ve never been to a boutique with such a strict return policy/it’s a little ridiculous. Also much more expensive than other boutiques in town for similar quality.

I do NOT recommend this boutique if you are shopping online. Accidentally placed an order through this boutique online due to an ApplePay error. Absolutely 0 flexibility with giving me a return to my card. No one knew what they were doing. 3 phone calls and several emails later. I live out of state, so having an $80 store credit for an item I didn’t even want is ridiculous. There are better places to shop with realistic refund policies!

They know how to really make you feel special and make your every visit personalized! Awesome quality, and they are so supportive of our community. I live in Raleigh but make a point to stop in and shop when I’m on business in Greenville. Votre has great clothes and accessories/gifts and the customer service each time I visit is second to none. Pam, the owner, also goes out of her way to take care of her customers. It’s definitely one of my faves!

I saw a dress that I adore on a Facebook post the store owner did. I sent her a Facebook message asking about the dress. She had it in my size at a reasonable price and was willing to pull and hold it for me. That's great customer service!
