The staff here is very friendly and professional. The shop is clean and well organized. I must give a big shout out to Brandon who went above and beyond to accommodate me. So much so that my wife will be returning next week to purchase a firearm. I highly recommend this establishment. Anyone who knows me knows that I don’t normally do reviews but if I do it’s an honest one. They deserve this 5 star review. Check them out for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

There are far more honest pawn shops in Greenville. Honesty is an important trait that seems to be lost among this organization. Their employees also don’t mind closing a little early on Saturdays so they should probably change the hours to 11:55pm so no one waste their time.

I recently purchased a guitar here, mail order (via Reverb). I called the shop and spoke with Brandon because I had a shipping question. He researched it and promptly called me back with a follow-up. He also called me today to make sure my guitar arrived. Brandon was extremely helpful and courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. And the guitar arrived in the exact condition advertised. It was packed supremely well. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and would buy from this excellent shop again. I highly recommend them.

Bought jewelry from there satisfied with my purchase price was right and the employee was extra patient and accommodating to my needs, even after I left and returned to browse around remembered me and asked me politely about a transaction and I took care of it right away. It was very uncomfortable being there, I just wanted to leave as soon as possible after I entered . The building smells bad when you walk in and the place looks as if it is rarely ever cleaned. If you want to go to a quality pawn shop, I would recommend Jolly's pawn shop.
