My daughter and I went inside Verizon today very frustrated about our new service. Phones we purchased online were not working correctly and we had spent a week going between stores and speaking online and over the phone with Verizon. Tameka met us with a smile and treated us like family. She worked tirelessly with us as we spoke to 4 different people over the phone. After more than two hours the issues were finally resolved and we felt like we had made a friend. The customer service Tameka gave us is rare these days, but the Verizon store on Red Banks gave me some hope today!

Alissa was just so amazing and patient despite me having complications with my phone and debit card. She didn’t get annoyed and she was very attentive. I recommend her service.

I visited this place on 4/8/24 around 5:30 pm to purchase and upgrade phone. I was greeted by the guy in the wheelchair and things started out fine. He came across as friendly and helpful. He went and got the phone I was interested in. Meanwhile, he called customer service on my behalf, regarding my upgrade pricing. I was quoted one price over the phone and the in store quote could have been off. I will say the called with customer service lasted well over 30 minutes. I understand that my initial rep went on to help other customers, no problem. However after my call was finished he saw that I was off the phone but never said another word to me. I'm patiently waiting as he continues to assist other new customers coming inside the store. I finally yelled out to him, sir are you going to help me because I did want the phone. He said yes but went on to continue to help other new customers walking in. Mind you they close at 7pm and the time is around 6:40 pm. I'm becoming anxious by the minute because I have been in this place over one hour. This store also had active employees moving around and helping people. While I'm waiting, I ask another worker (WHITE guy kind of short with dark hair) about who is the Manager because I have been waiting for assistance etc. He was rude and dismissive. At this point I had seen and heard enough. I spoke with a nice Blk guy I believe he said he was the Manager and he did seem somewhat interested of my concerns. The guy that initially helped basically said I need to wait for the other customers but I was literally there before all of those people. What he should know or be trained to round back to your initial customer who is now off the phone, watching you help every new customer coming through the door. Man this was ridiculous. I never had this type of poor service at a Verizon and I quickly left. What a waste of my time....

I stopped by this Verizon store because my Google Pixel 6 froze and locked up. I had no way of figuring out how to restart it. One of the associates assisted me.
ROCK STAR in my book!!!
FYI: On/Off button + BOTH volume buttons ALL PRESSED SIMULTANEOUSLY.
The equivalent of:
CNTRL/ALT/DEL reboot on your desktop.
And guess what!?!?! That ALSO worked for my Amazon Fire tablet, when it locked up.

Justin & Tameka helped me get the phone I wanted and in and out in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent and right on time. Recommend anyone who needs a phone or accessories to please visit Verizon Wireless by Hyundai on Red Banks & request either one of them. You will not be disappointed.
