I have been using the UPS store on Greenville Avenue in Greenville, NC on a regular basis since I moved here a few years ago. Lots of legal documents to be notarized, copies to be made, documents to be shipped and tracked, etc. They are ALWAYS busy and ALWAYS polite and professional. I have been helped by Sierra Wheeler several times and very impressed. She is knowledgeable, personable and I know if she is helping me, things are done correctly.

As a shipper I’m shocked that USPS offers a lot better service. Needed to get something shipped out quicker and made the mistake of stopping here when waiting the weekend and going to USPS would have been quicker. Called UPS and they told me the store was in the wrong but of course store staff said they don’t care. Georgia was rude and didn’t want to help and the male I had helping me seemed to be baked out of his mind as he was having trouble understanding what was going on.

Ask about their “email fee” of $10. Literally: to email something you’d like them to print it will cost you 10 dollars.

I have YET to go in this location and be disappointed OR receive poor customer service. Always polite, moving as fast as they possibly can, AND helping me organize the mess of packages I usually come in with. Audrey/Andrea was THE BEST last Thursday! Saved me so much time and stress! Will be returning again!

Horrible customer service and attitude is true for this location. At least while dealing with Audrey. Jorge was pretty good.

Just an FYI; I was informed the notary is only present from 10am to 5pm. I cannot find those hours on the website so just wanted to get the word out.
