I worked with Ms. Cindy to get set up with a storage unit. She made the process smooth and easy. She genuinely wanted to make sure that my family’s needs were met while also being able to provide me a rate that was doable with my budget. The facility on Stantonsburg Road is immaculate and looks brand new. I was completely able to get the storage unit set up on the phone. By the end of that phone call I had the ability to pack up my car, drive over, and enter without a staff member being there. Important part is make sure you go buy a lock! Highly recommend!

Great experience at this storage facility! Staff made rental a breeze. Very helpful choosing a unit to fit my belongings without pushing me to the larger and more expensive unit. I felt that the modern security system let me rest assured that my items are in safe hands. Again the super friendly and knowledgeable people available to answer questions and take care of my needs.

Best storage facility in North Carolina, I had to go down to NC to visit my family for some time, Betty has been extremely generous to a fault and truly professional with all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a self storage facility.

If you are looking for 24/7 access this is not the place for you. I have been locked out of the gate more times than I have been able to access it. If you call you will get a rude woman on the phone that will tell you to leave and come back tomorrow. And constantly makes excuses for why the gate is not working. Including asking me why do I need access to the unit at night? Nosy and very unprofessional. I wouldn't store my things here ever again even if it was free.( it's very expensive) not to mention the neighboring units roaches sneaking into your unit. 10/10 wouldn't recommend.I too own a small business and would never do things to inconvenience my customers. Going above and beyond ....by being on the phone trying numerous passwords and the gate still wouldn't open. Don't advertise 24/7 access when it's clearly not true. Also it didn't just happen at night some days it was around 6-7pm or any weekend day at any time. I didn't even call until about the 20th time it happened. Having a problem with your gate access is not my problem either way you have to take responsibility when you are storing several people's things at your business. I was very polite about it until I got tired of it.
