DO NOT RENT, i lived with them a matter of 2 days and had a “lease violation” whaaat ? the neighbor hood was dirty , crakheads walk around all time of the night fighting and yelling . they have no structure. but they are quick to have structure to evict

Paid $75 for an application after calling 100x someone finally picked up the phone! Just for Kelly to tell me that the requirements are you have to make 3x the rent and you have to have a credit score of 525. She told me my credit was the problem bc it was at a 522! which is a lie my credit score is in the late 600’s more than qualified!!!!! Not a thing on my record and I have a good job!!! I feel like they pick and choice who they wanna lease to! I’ll never try to apply to anything they own again!! 0/10 don’t recommend!!

They are absolutely terrible. I’m confused as to how they’re still in business. The way they treat their tenants are ridiculous.they are penny pinching at this point. YALL BEWARE. They didn’t manage the property I stay at when I first came. Cuz if they did, I would have never rented from them.

I do not suggest this management option in as competitive a market as Greenville. The town has many extremely qualified companies. I have personally watched this company and would consider the other options after my experience.

They tacked on an extra month of rent on me when I verbally stated in front of the only two office associates (clerk and receptionist) that I would not be resigning my lease, all because I didn't have a written statement. They also would not give me back the keys to the apartment for the extra month that was added on. They added on an extra $200 for the carpet cleaning when we had a company come in and do it professionally, but we couldn't get a physical receipt in time due to COVID having first hit.They did not work with me when my roommate got into a bad car accident. They practically financially punished me because of my roommate being hospitalized and unable to work to pay their portion of rent. DO NOT RENT with this property management if you can help it.

My Husband and I applied for a property with them we spent 155 just to apply ! We got a call back saying we were denied due to our credit which was weird because we both have credit scores past 550 , mind you their “requirement” is 520. When I called back to ask she stated it was our credit , told her what my score was and she then stated that we don’t make 3x over the rent , mind you together me and my husbands income is 6x the rent , she then stated that our check stubs were frudegulent , me and my husband both work for two big companies in Greenville , I felt like we were being discriminated against . Why would we give fake stubs ? We work hard everyday , it really offended us both , I wanted to look more into it but by the reviews I see why they can’t keep anyone in their properties or why they stay empty , so we definitely dodge a bullet !

They will file eviction on you if you are weeks behind.. not a month a 3 weeks.. they don't wait 30 days. So god forbid you get sick... or have something happen that prevents you from paying rent between the 1st and the 5th

My girlfriend just took over a sublease and pinnacle has been giving her a horrible time. Nobody informed her how the paying rent process goes, nor the sublease take over process and not to mention THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Very unprofessional business and I’m not even sure how they’re still running.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I would not recommend renting through Pinnacle Property. Super unorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Paying rent is extremely inconvenient for the tenants. Why not make it an option to pay online rather than having to get a money order or write a check just to drive it across town.. I lived there for almost 2 years and never missed rent and never was late. Be aware that they will not notify you of late or missed payment and will straight up serve you eviction papers. Happened to me and now I have that on my PUBLIC RECORD for 7 years. They do not care about you, they just want to make sure they get their money. They increase rent every year you renew bc of the "location", but the quality of the apartment stays the same. EVERYTHING is outdated and cheap af. And don't think you will get your deposit back LOL. They charge you for EVERYTHING. Location is honestly sketchy af and my car (and my neighbors) was broken into many times. Someone even tried to break into my house! They can't do anything about that no, but they didn't even seem concerned when we called to inform them about how unsafe we felt. They aren't the most friendly or responsive either. I would leave messages and not even get a return call. So don't count on a response for maintenance orders and don't count on them being done in a timely fashion. Overall I hated my experience here and with this property management. Please rent through someone else and thank me later!
