Pink is such an amazing store! The owner and staff are SO friendly and accommodating!! They are helpful and make sure that I find the perfect outfit for every occasion! They also have a great selection of accessories!! Must stop shop for all occasions!

I recently shopped with Pink and the salesperson that I spoke to was very friendly and completed my sale in a timely manner. She e-mailed me the receipt and tracking info. I received the item but am not happy with it. I have contacted the store about 5 times to inquire about exchanging it since they are unable to offer refunds which was not explained to me. Each time I have contacted the store they do not answer and have failed to call and e-mail me back each time. All I would like is to be satisfied with the item that I purchased and the chance to trade it in for something else. I don't think that's too much to ask.
