The god damn black man and the white women with red hair are rude asl . They literally were disrespecting me after asking a question about the absurd discount they have and they lied multiple times how the thing works

Jerrell & Jeremiah were very helpful during our shopping experience & at the checkout. They went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I received excellent customer service. Thank you & Happy Christmas!

This store is terrible. Possibly the worst location I’ve ever been to. Manager is extremely rude, condescending, seems annoyed by the most simple questions. When I asked for a fitting room, he mumbled something under his breath about me. When I left the fitting room I brought my no’s up to the cash register area and he rudely told me to put my clothes back where I got them. I worked retail when I was in college and would NEVER treat customers the way he does. The store is unorganized, dirty, and there’s random merchandise everywhere. The sale signs do not align with actual ongoing promotions. The manager has a nasty attitude and that’s probably why he was the only one working—I wouldn’t want to work with him! Overall experience was awful, the environment was very hostile and my shopping experience reflected that. I ended up not buying anything because I was uncomfortable with how I was being treated. This store used to have a completely different environment, not sure what happened. Someone from upper management needs to give this manager a lesson on people skills.

Very little options. Poor customer service. Only one cashier for a line of people. When asked to open another register the manager said he was training someone and couldn't do it.

Limited options of brands and clothes in general. The store looked empty and sad. They only took cards as payments, which is limiting to consumers. There were hardly any clothes on the racks, which were few and far between. This store used to be so cool a long time ago. They used to have a variety of designers, brands & styles of clothes. There aren't many sales going on either. They had 1 small 2ft×2ft cube that was BOGO Free, & a slightly larger shelf with accessories that were BOGO half off. It was definitely pitiful.I did find, after about 30 minutes of digging, a 4 pack of scrunchies & a cool pair of knee socks for $6 (they were BOGO Free). It took a long time to dig thru their BOGO bin bc it was highly disorganized, all of the packs of scrunchies were stretched out & the options were limited to hair ties, socks or bent/crooked & scratched up sunglasses.
