Stripped out my oil pan on my Honda Accord, had the audacity to blame on someone else.
I park on a paved driveway, there were NO OIL SPOTS before going to Marks Quick Lube and I’ve owned the car for years.
Got a brand new oil pan installed and find this “fix” of an oil pan drain plug they tried to cover up their mistake with.
Do not recommend coming to this shop if you value your car whatsoever.

No need to lie on the internet.
I called up there 2-3 times, even came back up to the shop for you guys to address the issue.. multiple times. The issue was still present after going back up there to get it fixed. Was told you it was not your guys problem and it was stripped before coming there.
Pull up your orders from when your tech ordered the Dorman drain plug from auto zone/advanced pictured below and there’s your exact car and tech.
Why would I trust the “techs” who damaged it and lied to fix their issue now?

These guys take car care to another level. Just as I check my vehicle in for an oil change with an outstanding front desk representative, I have a seat in the lobby and browse around the area for 15-20mins. As soon as I get comfortable one of the technicians is pulling my vehicle back around front where I had originally parked it before I checked in. In a matter of minutes my oil has been changed, fluids have been topped off and they even vacuumed the inside of my vehicle at no extra cost. I checkout at the front desk and was on my way. By far the best experience I have had at any vehicle repair center. Thank you to Mark and his team.

I don't typically write reviews, but my experience here was great! I just moved here and don't have a go-to place yet, but now I do. They got me in late in the afternoon, did my service quick, and the customer service was great. The woman at the desk was so sweet and helpful. Will definitely recommend and be back for future repairs and oil changes!
