They are nothing but thieves and liars. RPM had me sign a lease electronically. Then 2 days later, I was given 24 hrs to sign a as is waiver amendment to the lease. Now after 20 days my entire familyq including my self 34, my son 8 and my friend whom was helping me move 46, down to the animals became terribly ill because we were living in a residence that was used for drug purposes. The contaminats caused itchy runny eyes to the point of using eye drops 3 times of day. My 8 year old son developed ear aches, heachaches and sinus pressure even causing his asthma to become worse. The doctor gave us both antibiotics for the supposed issues and I was given the same medicine for what was being labeled at the time of upper respiratory issues. My blood pressure was spiking so high for no apparent reason 169/121 at the time we had no idea what was causing us to be this sick. After testing the home and our selfs to find out what the problem was we made RPM aware of the issues, they have decided to resign their contract as of August 9 and issued me to pay an additional 900 for my service animals that are registered and was even approved by RPM 4 years ago with the same animals, and a 5 day eviction notice to try and eat up my double deposit so they won't owe me any ??? ???

Three days ago I watched this "painter" dump his paint into pinestraw, at a house managed by RPM (the younger skinny one). I called them, and they didn't have anyone I could "talk" to about it. So I called my HOA, Keystone Professional Association Management and told them. She seemed upset and said they would get it handled. I also emailed my HOA. THREE DAYS LATER, and nothing has been done to clean it up. I guess my next step would be Greenville PD Code Enforcement. This is not acceptable! I've included photos of the house, the 2 people that were on the property, the car he drove up in, and the damage that he did.
Reply to OWNER:
First, for you to be a builder for 30 years and not know they literally have places to take your paint to get rid of, is really what the joke is. For you to not know that, says a lot about what kind of builder you are. Second, your "company" manages this property, therefore is responsible for the workers that are hired, that's what the word management means. Third, dumping paint is illegal. As Code Enforcement told me. And NO, IT WAS NOT JUST PAINT WATER. Your worker also "covered it up." Why would he do this if it wasn't illegal and it was only paint water? Fourth, yes, this is across from MY HOME, not some rental, and when I called YOUR COMPANY, they could care less. It's companies like yours that people are sick of, not giving a d*mn about anything but themselves. Instead of having a good work ethic, you want to get on here and fight with the ones who tell the truth. Wouldn't it have been easier to just come and clean it up? Great job in showing professionalism, just proves my point!

Avoid working with RPM at all costs! Do not rent or buy any home that is affiliated with them! RPM is unprofessional and rude. The reviews are very valid. The lack of communication is ridiculous. There is a shady “contract” between RPM and GVegas towing. Take your money elsewhere. Beware!!!

Please be careful upon moving out. I was given 30 days to move after living there for 7 years due to the owner wanting the property for personal use. Upon moving I was charged $1500 to redo the vinyl in the home for a small slit in the kitchen floor, chipping in the entry way of the laundry room and a tear the size of a hand (maybe) that I believe was created by their staff upon moving out their washer and dryer. However, please be aware that regardless if they fix it or not you will be charged for it, if you don’t report it. Also I was charged $150 for a broken doorbell cover, safety covers over the outlets (I had a child), and I left unused toilet paper on the toilet paper roll. When I moved in 7 years ago, the walls were dirty and unpainted, well I’m now being charged $950 to do what they did not do when I moved in which was clean and repaint the walls. This is after raising my rent from $850 - $1050 over the course of years which I will give them that credit. Most of the townhomes in the area rent is now $1300 so in that instance I will give credit where it’s due in that aspect. However please be careful when renting from them. Document everything, have someone come inspect it and read everything in your lease. They will upcharge everything and if you don’t pay they put it on your credit report. They did the same to my friend when she moved out.

I've lived in the Quail Ridge community for over a year now and it has been very nice when it comes to people listening to loud music or just hanging out and crowding the area as well as the HOA doing an amazing job throughout the entire year keeping everything clean and good looking. The only thing I wish I could change is the fee each month for $200 but with everything they do it's worth it but also can ve a little expensive depending on how many people live there. For myself my 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom is plenty big for my miniature Chinese Sharpei and myself as well as my dad. It's a great community to live in if peace and quiet is what you're looking for!

I rented a townhouse from Russell property management for 2 years until someone bought them over and had to change property managers. In the 2 years we stayed here it has been great. Our heat went out last winter and they were VERY fast getting someone here, when I say very fast they called someone and within 20 minutes they were here fixing it . Our washing fridge also went out and they had us a new one the next day Brand new. When we got here the house was not clean and that's why it's a 4 star and not a 5. Would definitely use them again.

I pay over a $1000 for rent and I can't even get them to fix the air conditioning unit because it's old and worn out. The Last 4 years it's the same old lame song quick fix and back to the same old problem that I had in the beginning. This will be my last summer in this place. I'm going some place else. I set my downstairs thermostat on 67 and it want cool no lower than 84° so you trying to tell me this is normal? I think not. When I take a shower up stairs and dry off I have to use another towel to wipe off the sweat because of the heat. So you telling me this is normal, I think not.
