He took his time and explained thoroughly every step of what i was supposed to do. Every question i had he answered, and when i asked a question he didnt know the answer to he asked me to hold while he found the answer. He went above and beyond what normal buisness' do. For that, i give my rating for this young man. “Went 6-4-24 looking for shower bench. Couldn't find one. Asst. Mgr, Mont stopped to by. We told him what we were looking for. He located it and said he would be happy to go find it. I had questions about the bench . He opened the box and took it out to see if it was what I needed. It was . He was very friendly and helpful We bought the item . Great customer service!”

“The Greenville Ace hardware is very well organized very friendly and helpful staff I had called because I could not find a particular bolt in a matter of moments the bolt that I was looking for was found and I was able to get it and get out relatively quickly I browsed around and they have quite a few options from grilling to other outdoor accessories and overall I can't wait to come back”
