Knowing the owner personally, I've seen the "behind the scenes" at Flagship. Great company that really has their processes/procedures down pat and really cares about all parties involved in the transaction. If I have an investment in their area I will definitely be using them.

Everyone at Flagship is very friendly, and easy to communicate with. The pros- small group with great customer service. They do their best and care about your rental. I have never had a bad interaction with anyone there. Cons- they take a long time to fill vacancies. Every vacancy I have had has taken anywhere from 2-4 months to fill which costs me a lot of money. You also have to stay on top of the expenses as I have been double charged. They handled that well and reimbursed me.

My friend, Mary Richardson, a Realtor in Goldsboro, NC who is highly recommended the Flagship Realty Group Co. to managing my Rental Property in Goldsboro, NC.So far, the Flagship Realty Group has been so great to managing my rental property very well. Both of us the Tenant, and myself are very happy with the Flagship Realty Group to handle the property very best to my expectation, of which including some issues at the property big or small.I will have more homes for the Flagship Realty Group to manage with next years to come.

For two months, we had zero communication. no one would call us back, monies were improperly handled, no MIL was listed, you tube video, walk through. AND, you will still be charged monthly for the upkeep of 40.00. ....that no one touched. Fired them, one week later we are rented ! They were a huge disappointment.Greenville, NC
