For two months, we had zero communication. no one would call us back, monies were improperly handled, no MIL was listed, you tube video, walk through. AND, you will still be charged monthly for the upkeep of 40.00. ....that no one touched. Fired them, one week later we are rented ! They were a huge disappointment.Greenville, NC

I couldn’t be happier with my realtor Karen Consentino. She was patient and really knew what I wanted in a house. She wasn’t just trying to sell me. She was true to her word unlike the selling agent. To me that is everything!

I had the opportunity to work with Karen and Lucia on my recent home purchase. Both of them were great! Always willing to answer all my questions, make sure communication with the seller’s agent was happening on a timely manner, and always available. Even after closing, Karen has been there to help me with getting quotes for work around my house, insurance, and warranty. 100% recommend her!

Karen Cosentino is just AMAZING and I am beyond grateful and thankful to have had her as my realtor during this monumental moment in my life with buying my first home! She defines the words consistent, reliable, kind, driven, knowledgeable, and might I add, humorous! Karen went above and beyond to ensure that my questions were answered, and she kept me updated on the process from the very beginning to the very end. I would and will recommend Karen to anyone who is looking to buy a home because this is not just her job, you can feel the genuineness and know it’s her passion! Thank you Karen- you will never be forgotten!

I worked with Karen Cosentino on both the selling of my home and the purchase of a new one. From the start Karen was very responsive and worked exclusively & tirelessly on selling my home. She made sure the buyers side stayed on top of what needed to be done when small issues arose, single-handedly ensuring the sale of my home without having to list again. On the purchase of my new home, Karen once again went above and beyond by finding homes that fit what I was looking for in a thin market. She took the time to take me to each home I was interested in no matter the day or time. She again worked diligently once I found the home I wanted by putting in the offer and quickly developing a great working relationship with the selling agent. Once again when small issues came to light, Karen was aggressive in contacting any and all agencies needed to get these issues fixed. The home purchase went smoothly after that.Knowledge and a willingness to get things done while working all aspects of your home purchase/sale, Karen is an invaluable asset to have on your side.

OWNERS BEWARE!I just want to first start by saying this company does NOT care for their clients, they are money driven and they get their emotions involved when responding to owners. When I first spoke to the owner which I believe his name is Brian, I only heard from him once when he was excited for me to sign his contract. I never heard from him again until I had an issue with an employee for not explaining how their "system" works and for having a home warranty that slowed down his process so his guys can charge me.He contacted me by email stating he spoke to his employees and never heard my side and accused me of starting trouble for asking questions about excessive charges that his employees didn't go into detail. This was the first few months of working with him. They only care to listen to each other and not listen to their clients for any reason. During you have issues they will not explain in detail they will tell you the "the system does that" or "the system will work it out".From my time with them asking them questions about your property and expenses seems like a bother to them and they will then later ignore your emails on days end because they don't want to answer questions. They ultimately will persuade you at the beginning with all the things the website advertises, but when there's issues they will avoid you and screen calls. I called one time before they saw my caller ID and said Hi Mr. Riggins in a very smug way.I just want to lookout for the owners who care about their properties and their profit. Flagship is not the company for that and I can recommend others. I didn't listen when I was told by others of their poor client services but I should've. Being in the military and having to leave last min I just took a chance and went with a company that had a nice colorful website, but you know what they say you can't cover the smell with roses.I implore every owner to check your statements and do not allow them to just say "the system will work it out" because they don't care where your money is going as long as they are charging that 8% or 10%. If you have a home warranty to protect your home, don't bother because he personally told me in my email they slow down the process for their "people" to do the work. Also, if you want to find different estimates because their estimates are so outlandish at times they don't like that either.Example, I had one tenant who said the whole house had electrical issues and they were going to charge me to check it when the maintenance manager didn't even ask a question like what exactly wasn't working. I asked him to ask them 2 simple questions. 1. check the breaker box? And 2. Check the light bulb. The issues was the light bulb was out and the tenant didn't have a step stool to reach it. So the maintenance director was going to call someone to change a light bulb for an $85 travel charge and then $20 to change the light bulb. Also, I received and email from Brian about having multiple repairmen come to fix issues in the home which cost over $250 around because it was a dishwasher issue. He was upset because I contacted someone to replace the dishwasher and the repairman couldn't return because his son was in a car accident. So then the maintenance director contacted someone to fix the issues and his repairman had to make multiple trips to fix the issues, but the anger was directed towards me. I explained that and once again he didn't respond back because he only listens to his employees not his clients.Keep a check on your properties as well and make sure your properties are being kept up by tenants because if they have animals I would personally do home inspections periodically. I had one done based off of work being done in the house and the repairman said the home was disgusting. The follow up done by the office manager Kelly was an extremely poor follow up. They asked the tenant to send pictures of places in the house that were previously dirty from th

I have worked with Amy from Flagship for several years now when we hire new physicians to our practice. She goes out of her way to help them find the right home for their families, is always quick and responsive to their needs, and advocates for them in every way. We couldn’t be more please with her knowledgeable, practical, personalized work.

Amy Klingensmith is an amazing realtor who we highly recommend! She is very personable, knowledgeable of the industry, and incredibly hardworking. We had several unexpected issues while selling our house (I.e. buyer falling through) and she handled all of them with a wonderful attitude and grace. When we needed to do repairs on our house, she was a great resource to find trustworthy contractors. She is very responsive to phone calls and texts and answered all of our questions throughout this process. I highly recommend her to all of my friends!

Amy KlingensmithThanks to Amy's professionalism, we were able to buy a home in Winterville, NC with a minimal amount of hassle. It was our first home purchase in twenty years and, given the changes in the whole process in that time, her willingness to help eased the hoop-jumping we had to do.First, she responded to our phone calls, our voicemails, and our requests to view properties quickly and without hesitation. Second, she gave us good advice during the contract negotiations and communicated well with the seller's agent. Third, other calls involved the mortgage lender's requests for multiple submissions of the same documents, often because the lender had misplaced them or transferred them to another person at the bank. Even though that was frustrating for us, she contacted the agents for clarifications and for follow-up and confirmed everything with us promptly. We found her exceptionally easy to work with because of her friendliness and because she was knowledgeable about the homes themselves, the lending process, the closing procedure, and the information we needed to navigate through homeowners' association and local government regulations: a real professional.
