I wish there were more than 5 stars because Khristi definitely deserves a 10 in my opinion. I personally have never dealt with any realtor until recently, but a realtor couldn't be more helpful than Khristi. She was behind us all the way and genuinely cares that everyone involved is satisfied. I highly recommend her! I personally don't think any realtor could be more caring, concerned, and helpful. Two thumbs up. ? ?

Khristi was exceptional to work with. She was on her our side every step of the way and make things (especially since we were in another state) so easy and uncomplicated. She was focused, she negotiated on our behalf and she kept us informed and in the loop through the entire process. If you want a realtor who will be on your side through the home buying process, then you'll want Khristi on your team!

We cannot say enough good about Khristi! She was always incredibly well prepared, knowledgeable and accessible. Moving into town from out of state we felt very protected and watched out for with her expertise and loyalty towards her clients. We can’t imagine having had a better realtor for such a big move, it made all the difference!

Khristi has been my real estate agent on two transactions and I highly recommend her! I recently needed to sell my home due to relocating for a new job. Khristi made the whole process easy as possible. First, she referred me to a great real estate agent in my new location to work with. Second, she developed a plan and timeline, and adjusted accordingly when my relocation was delayed. She understood and took into account that with two young kids we couldn’t have our home in a constant state of being ready for showings. We went on the market and had multiple offers over asking in a matter of days. Khristi was a strong advocate and negotiator during the due diligence and concession phase. From start to finish Khristi kept us informed, was available to answer our questions, made this process as stress free as possible, and helped us get top dollar for our house.

My wife and I bought her first house with Khristi and when it came time to sell our home we wouldn’t have thought of going anywhere else. Khristi took the time to explain things to us and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. She always looked out for our best interest and kept in steady communication with us as to what was happening and what our plan was. We were really expecting this to be a lengthy process and were quite honestly dreading it, but we were closed in almost exactly a month and her negotiating skills got us even more than our asking price! This went so much easier and quicker than we ever could have imagined and it is all thanks to Khristi’s positivity, expertise and hard work!! Khristi is an amazing realtor, person and all around good soul and she was and still is a blessing to us! So very grateful for everything!

This past fall my wife and I along with our daughter Claire had the pleasure of working with Khristi Dixon. We had asked her to help Claire sell her condo in the Tree Tops neighborhood. Khristi was totally professional and extremely efficient. She went right to work and had an acceptable offer for our daughter within a matter days. I believe all three of us would highly recommend doing business with Khristi.

It was a pleasure working with Kristi Dixon as a buyer’s agent! She was thorough, knowledgeable and very attentive. With her attention to details, she was able to represent my interests when we looked at properties and provide valuable information that helped me make decisions accordingly.As a first time buyer, the process initially seemed daunting but Khristi made it exciting, was easily accessible for questions and was very well informed.She truly captured the vision for what I was looking for in a home and I am quite pleased with what I got. The process from closing to the time I got the keys was equally smooth and organized. She already had contacts and contractors lined up and I just had to follow up. As a first-time home seller, there were more unknowns regarding the industry than I originally thought I would face. Khristi was quick to answer the big questions, entertained the dumb ones, and even educated me throughout the entire process. Leaving the management of our listing up to a true professional alleviated nearly all stress and allowed my wife and I to enjoy the anticipation of moving on from a home we dropped roots in. If you want a professional who keeps your best interest in mind, I highly recommend Khristi Dixon for buyers or sellers.

A friend referred Khristi and I do not regret having her as my Realtor!!! I had no idea what the process was in buying a new home, but Khristi offered tons of information, expertise and guidance on everything from home staging to negotiations. "We were from another state and Khristi worked with us for over a year to find just the right retirement home. She even recommended hotels and restaurants to us; sent us directions, etc. She would review the homes for us and even went and video-taped and narrated a showing for us in the house we bought. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and above all caring. She really got to know us and our needs. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants an honest and professional realtor."
