I had the pleasure of working with Denise Harper Davis in 2022, to help repair my credit. Denise was able to get my credit score over 720, within a 6 months period.In late 2023, after saving up for closing costs, lawyer's fees, etc. I was ready to purchase a home however, Denise schedule was maxed out. Denise was assisting several other clients, with purchasing them a home. I decided to reach out to another realtor. Although Denise was not my realtor, she would still provide answers to questions I had.Denise basically educated and taught me everything concerning real estate, and that's why I was able to get the house of my dreams.

Are you looking for a Real estate agent with exceptional service. If so, Denise Harper Davis is for you. I recently had the pleasure of working with Denise in North Carolina. I resided in New York and chose Denise as my realtor in North Carolina because of her professionalism. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversation, and throughout the process, Denise was professional. At each step in the whole process, Denise came through with her commitment to excellence. She remain in contact with the builder, provided updates on the new construction, visit the newly constructed home several times, sent me pictures and FaceTime me so I can see the progress of the home, Participated in the first and final walk-through, and was extremely supportive during the closing. Denise went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging the inspection, contacting someone to put up a fence, contacting someone to put up a screen around my patio, and pointing out areas of the home that needed to be repaired during the walk-through. Throughout our journey, Denise demonstrated immense wisdom, patience and understanding for my situation. I am incredibly pleased with the service that I receive from Denise. Denise is fantastic and you should absolutely choose her as your realtor. She took us on as out-of towners-moving into a new state and combining households into a multi-generation living space. She was patient, coordinated out our showings to maximize the homes we could see without exhausting my parents, and helped walk us through the differences in the buying process between our states. We got the perfect property for us and she's been extremely helpful with local contacts for pre-move activities and contractors. Thank you again, Denise, for all your help!
