This was my first visit to the Crystal Connection and I was in awe of all the crystals, talismans, and a whole assortment of metaphysical wares they have. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions this novice had. I will continue to be a patron of this establishment.

I went in to find a gift for my friend without much knowledge about the products because it isn't really my thing. I asked the owner some questions that I guess are pretty obvious to most people but not me because I don't know much about crystals. He was snooty and made backhanded comments and made me feel really dumb about the questions I was asking. Will not be back.

i absolutely loooove this place!!! the owners and all of the employees are so sweet and knowledgeable on everything they have in the store. this is the best shop for crystals ive been to. whenever i need some good vibes/positive energy this is my go to place.

I visited here for the first time today. So sad I've just discovered it after several years in Greenville! Beautiful things within. Go now!Also, thank you Crystal Connection for your mask requirement. I admit its been a few months since I've had one on me and I appreciate your free ones. The shop is small and intimate, I was closer to strangers than I've been in a while. Will masks prevent the spread of all germs? No but we have substantial evidence they can help and I thank you for doing what you can to keep your shoppers safe. Your staff is wonderful too!

Fun store. It doesn’t matter whether you believe crystals have special vibrations or just appreciate the Beauty of Mother Nature. There is a wonderful dog that greets you, his only job is to get and give love. When taking the time to really look one notices a great aquarium. There is blown glass and lovely hangers to root plants. They are good at remembering names and patient when needing to return for second, third or even tenth looks prior to buying! They have even offered to look for a few items. I love surrounding myself by Mother Nature. It’s a positive experience and worth liking even if not planning on buying. Perhaps I need to mosey in tomorrow to play! It makes me feel like I’m surrounded by stained glass but Mother Nature did the art! The owner is very knowledgeable but not afraid to get a book to confirm what is what. I argued about one piece that I loved, bought but didn’t believe it was what he said. He was nice about it and it was more just me wondering what it was! Well I’ve decided that he was correct. I still love my beautiful sparkly piece! I’d only suggest carrying larger specimens (but it’s an investment to have that much inventory) and suggest some of the newer workers become a little more versed on some items. I gravitate toward the owner because of his knowledge and patience. There are some eclectic items if looking…..I find them interesting but love the rocks & dog & candles & beautiful pendants to suit any mood! I do wish that we could stop wearing masks in there!!!!! But it’s not my store
