“I have to say ... its on the up side of expensive comparably to other stores but... the staff makes every penny spent well worth it. They have the most updated clothing lines for both men, woman and teens than most other stores. The staff is nothing but amazing. Ive been in Zumies twice in the past week and the staff was incredible with their involvement with every single person that walked thru the door. Myself and my son were in the store for a good hour and I personally saw the manager and associate working make a point to acknowledge every single person that entered by saying hello, welcome and let us know if we can help you. The manager helped us from the minute we entered with my son making an exchange from our visit the week prior and helped him outline matching outfits. The other assoc (i dont kno his name but he has long curly hair/ thin build) took care of us on our visit the week prior. My daughter and i took my son in to shop for his birthday and this man could nit have helped us anymore than he did! He went well out of the scope of his job description to help us. When they some of the clothes my son and daughter were sold out in the size needed, he offered online ordering and did all the work for us right down to offering expedited shipping. He was truly incredible with his customer service, always being respectful and offering his honest opinion when asked "what do you think". Even then he offered an alternative to the scenario and made the sales. First round trip... $448 and 2nd trip...$262 and it was worth every penny spent. My son and daughter both got name brand/ quality clothing and I got to see them treated with respect and honest appreciation for shopping at Zumies. Shopping at Zumies is an experience I encourage everyone to do, just make sure you ask for the manager or the gentleman with the long curly hair if you want an exceptional experience, amazing customer service, honesty with selections and above the bar professionalism displayed by both men. Expensive? Yeah, a little but its worth every penny youll spend just for the customer service they give alone. Props to them both, wish i knew your names to be able to personally call you out like you deserve, gentlemen.”

“Coming from a retail background it was astonishing to see the elite customer service The Aeropostale Store in Greenville, NC demonstrated. The Aeropostale Team was very prompt with welcoming me into the store and letting me know about their special promotions going on this evening. While walking around the store they asked the proper questions to help me find the items I was in the market for. The associate on duty and manager were very polite and engaging in conversation.
