We just closed out our storage unit of almost 10 years. We had moved away and hadn't had a chance to get back until recently to open it up again, and clean it out. I was astounded at how clean it was! Aside from the normal dust over time, everything was the way we left it. There were zero signs of any mice or bugs (aside from the few typical spiders you'd normally see). Mr. Jim, the manager on site, (who was here when we started renting our unit), keeps the whole facility so neat and tidy. Not only that, but he is such a kind, respectful, and welcoming individual. It was really cold the couple days we were clearing out the unit, and he drove by and told us to come into the office any time we wanted to warm up. We asked him about places that would take donations (we used to run an online store and had so many quality clothes and inventory left over that we no longer had use for), and he told us about the over flow unit we could put them in that was literally almost right across from our unit. (He saved us from having to drive a big ryder truck around greenville trying to find a place that took donations, which we were extremely grateful for!!!) He also let us use the dumpster on site for any trash we had, which again, we were extremely grateful for!!! He made a long trip, and a hard few days, so much easier than we could have ever expected. Shout out to Mr. Jim; we really appreciate you and your kindness!!! Also, shout out to the amazing woman in the office (I'm sorry we didn't get her name) but she was also such a kind, helpful, and welcoming individual!!! (P.S. We misplaced the key for our padlock and Mr. Jim had us verify that we were who we said we were before he broke into our unit for us. So, if you're worried about your items being safe, you can rest assured that this facility doesn't take short cuts, and your locker is protected by a really great staff!) Thanks for keeping our locker safe and clean for the past (almost) decade; we appreciate you!!! :)

Jim was great to work with and very professional. The business office was nice, clean, neat and welcoming. I rented a U-Haul truck for local day use which was also in great shape and ready on time as was scheduled. Jim made sure I had everything needed and offered other items if I wanted them.I highly recommend this business!

I have utilized Carolina Mini Storage for about 3 years. The facility is always clean and well maintained. My items have been safe and secure. The site manager, Jim is keeps an eye on things and has always been responsive when I had a need for service. The location is great and convenient to everything. A+!

I rented a unit from here for a few months and was very pleased with the overall experience. The price was great and the unit was clean as well. You can also rent U-Hauls from this location too. I always looked forward to seeing Mr.Jim when I stopped by and he was even kind enough to offer us some water when we were moving in the middle of July. I would highly recommend using this place for storage!

I had a storage for so many years and my brother, no complaints. Jim has always been professional, fair, empathetic, courteous and friendly. If there was a issue with the storage unit, he had no problem with moving the merchandise to another unit. Also, I used his u-haul and I thought his prices were reasonable; nothing hidden, like some I have dealt with! Jim and staff keep up the good work!

I had a storage unit with these folks for almost 3 years until I moved to a new state. Very spacious units, clean, and good location (even went through a couple of hurricanes over my years and never ANY damage to any of my stuff). Seems like a well kept facility and Jim is super friendly and always willing to help out. They also typically run solid move-in specials so watch out for those too!

Well worth the money. I’ve been using this place for the last two years and the experience has been nothing less than exceptional. Jim is fantastic! The customer service is truly above and beyond. In addition the facilities are clean and very well kept. I will for sure use these facilities for future storage needs. 5 stars all the way!
