I had a great experience when purchasing the vehicle and that's where it stops. I got home and the bed cover would not open. So, I scheduled an appointment. I took it in and the first words out of the technician's mouth was we knew about the issue. I didn't say a word and left it for them to fix. They called a few hours later and said a part came in to fix the battery they needed to install. I didn't order a part and knew nothing about it. They asked to keep it overnight and I said yes. Today I call about it and they want to keep it until Monday but were not going to ask and now I don't have a car. Who sells a vehicle and doesn't disclose the issues a BRAND-NEW truck has. Super annoyed. I purchased it because of the people I work with said they were good to deal with. Guess they just meant sales.

Jerome is my salesperson and he is one of the many reasons why I lease 2 autos from Brown & Wood. He makes myself and my wife feel very comfortable and know when we need help we can call him directly. Once our leases are signed he continues to keep in touch with us over the time of the lease if he can help us in any way. I have a neighbor that also leases with Brown & Wood and Jerome is her salesperson also. We are all very happy and very comfortable knowing Jerome is always there for us.

Bought a vehicle from Micah before and had a great experience and trusted him over the years and went and bought another vehicle from him to only learn he is untrustworthy and a liar. Upside down over 6k after I trusted him to not do me wrong. Then called his boss Jeff to tell him my experience and promised either one of them would call me back and they didn’t. So unprofessional I’m disgusted!! Will never spend another hard earned penny in this establishment that clearly doesn’t care and will abuse your money!!!

I recently purchased a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 from Brown & Wood. My salesperson was Frank Velotta and man was I'm impressed! Frank was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating my purchase. He even went the "extra mile" (literally) by bringing the truck to me 2 1/2 hours away for me to look at. I would highly recommend Brown & Wood and my salesperson Frank Velotta.

Love my vehicle (Mazda CX-5). Would not buy from Dion again to save my life. He mocks people who are vaccinated and spreads misinformation on his social media. Just look at his FB page. Can’t believe Brown and Wood would allow this to happen. They need to get this under control. I’m currently trying to get out of my service plan because I don’t feel safe going there. I have a 76 year old grandmother that I take care of, so I need to be super safe.If you buy a car from Brown and Wood, I suggest you do it from someone other than Dion. Unfortunately, he has ruined the experience for me. I won’t be back - no matter how much I love the vehicle.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new vehicle. I went in to see their inventory and took a test drive. Ended up in the car with Jeff Stein. What a mistake that was. Im not sure was worse, his uncontrollable and audible flatulence or his rude and completely unprofessional demeanor. He seemed bothered that a well qualified buyer was wanting to make a purchase at "his" dealership. My entire visit from first interaction with dealership staff to when I walked out was horrid. Avoid this place like the plague... or covid, which ever one you are more afraid of.
