Called and ordered parts on Monday, salesman said it would be in on Tuesday morning. Drive over to pick it up Tuesday, they don't have it. "We'll have it first thing in the morning". Don't have it on Wednesday. Call me Thursday and say its ready, drive over there again just for them to tell me "sorry, but the part was broken". The sales people you talk to on the phone are not onsite either.

Waited on hold for 16 minutes. No answer. Both Cox Bros and AAA answered after one ring and had what I needed. For a fraction of what the dealership was charging.

I called and ordered the part on Friday of course they wanted me to go ahead and pay for it so I did he told me it would be ready Monday morning and they would call me Of course they did not call me and an entire week went by during that week I called and left about five voicemail messages and called at least 10 times. Horrible customer service. Called in for a part that wasn't in there system. Staff told me to come in and see if they have it physically on the car. Came in at 4 after driving 35 minutes, store hours state "close at 5". Told me to come in the next day because they close the yard at 4. Wouldn't even just look to see if they have it on the car for me. Wish i just looked at all the bad comments on the fb page to save my time.
