Cindy was so incredibly Kind and helpful when submitting our ARC request. I work with many management companies as a realtor with people that buy into these communities, and she is by far one of the most stand out, and knowledgeable people I have worked with. Priestley Management and specifically, Jessica Stewart, were instrumental in helping me get my fence built. The communication was top tier and the knowledge and kindness Jessica went way above anything I expected from a HoA management company. I have lived in the MOTL community for 6 years now and I have always had a good experience with the HOA (Priestley Management) to date. It is a difficult business to try and please everyone all the time but our local clubhouse manager Natalie Thacker is wonderful. She is attentive to concerns or requests from the residents and she is always pleasant to speak with.

11/29/23Today I accompanied a family member to the club house to to receive her new owner info. Natalie Thacker was super helpful, explained how things work, provided fobs, and gave us a tour of the beautifully decorated clubhouse. She is great at making both existing and new homeowners welcome.
