I purchased an auto part at this location and was assisted by a super friendly and awesome manager named Leonard. He even offered to carry the part out to my car for me because it was a bit heavy but I carried it myself. Anyways when the mechanic I used believed I was given the incorrect part I was incredibly upset. I called back to the store and was assisted by Leonard once again who made every effort to make sure I could receive the correct part. Turns out the mechanic was mistaken and I did receive the correct part. Unfortunately Leonard had to listen to my tirade concerning my belief that I had the incorrect part. The embarrassment I felt when I had the right part is indescribable. I definitely had to call back and apologize for my behavior and Leonard was kind enough to accept my apology and was willing to accommodate my next visit before I let him know it was all my fault. Chris the district manager was also there and showed great concern about my issue initially. They were both great and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my mistake. I’m definitely satisfied with my service there and publicly acknowledge and admit my error and regret my behavior. I apologize to Leonard to the world and would like everyone to know how patient, professional and understanding Leonard is. Chris’s district is fortunate to have such an amazing employee. Thanks again Leonard for accepting my apology.

Terrible Customer service at this place I went here to get a gas cap took them almost 30 mins to figure out how to spell the name to my commercial account after repeating it at least 50 Times I suggested they call another O'Reilly that I regularly shop at to have them provide an invoice so they could retrieve the account number after the Manager attempted to refuse me service after telling me he had no way to pull up my account without a invoice present
