Have a commercial account always buying parts but this is be the slowest store I ever seen plan on waiting 30 minutes plus for them to figure out where a part is or what a part is just gotta take business else where

Love the store love the the people that work in the store man name Jordan, Christian Fernando and Jesus the company should give them a raise they really protect the store they're very knowledgeable of what parts and service is all about there was a general manager there his name was Kevin great man I don't know what happened to him but they should've kept him not a big fan of the manager that they have there now he seems standoffish and is not hospitable when you come into the store I rarely see him at night does he even work any nights I know there's other managers at other automotive stores that you see at least once at night closing the store he needs to do that so he can understand what goes on at night I don't know what goes on inside the storm I just know that he's got a good crew that really are taking care of customers

Fernando is the man. Came in needing nuts not knowing the size and this man went through every size he had til he found it, while simultaneously leading his crew.

Had an electrical issue. The manager on duty and staff member were both immensely helpful. We weren’t able to get it fixed, but they truly went above and beyond in doing everything they could to assist us.

I ordered a battery to go to another store from here. Not once but twice was not put on the truck… had to keep jump starting my car until I had to drive to retrieve it from another store.

Their warehouse is on McConnell Road so if you're in a hurry to go up there and pick the part up yourself.And they also deliver to the store twice a day.
