If I could give no stars I would. Overcharged, irresponsible, unprofessional, careless, disrespectful, damaged property. These are just some of the things I encountered. Then I was told they take no responsibility for anything in storage. Their workers sat a bin of books (clearly marked) on top of a bin of clearly marked dishes. Lost screws and parts to bed frame and mirror. Mattress not wrapped and got bottom completely black with dirt. 65 year old dresser broken at the base. No box they packed labeled. Put a light bulb only in a box and charged for moving a box. Half of my property was ruined the way they stacked it in the storage unit and then to be told, they are not responsible for anything in storage. I have NOTHING good to say about this company.

Maegan was eager to help a fellow mover in a bind! She was friendly, helpful, and clearly a knowledgeable professional in the Greensboro area. As long-time interstate movers we are always on the lookout for other reliable companies in the areas we service. Maegan had us adding Miracle Movers to the list with a single phone call!

We used Miracle Movers just this month 12/23.The 3 men who moved us were masters of physics when it came to moving some of our larger pieces. The entire operation was very well done and professional.Miracle Movers was a great choice

I contracted with Miracle Movers several months ago after entering into contract on a new home. I had to change the moving date several times due to no fault of my own. From my initial point of contact to my last, these movers and team were professional, responsive and delivered my goods in the best way possible!The office staff were patient and knowledgeable about their paperwork and billing while the movers were very careful at packing and moving every piece of my furniture with care and know how. These gentlemen worked so hard and in eighty degree heat. It’s hard to find people who do their jobs well these days…I’m so glad I found them! Thank you all so much.

I can not recommend Miracle Movers enough! We were going to just move ourselves as we always have but this go around we have a small daughter so we decided to hire someone to help us. Our friends who moved last year spoke very highly of you all. I reached out and within a few minutes of my online inquiry Justin had reached out to schedule a time for a quote. He came the next day and was able to price out the move for us which included a stop at our storage unit and schedule us. The pricing was incredibly fair for our move. Just a few days before we had to reach out to push the move a day due to a delayed closing on our home and Maegan was great and able to accomodate our request no problem. The day of the move Shad, Matthew and Mike showed up right on time and immediately got to work. They made sure all of our furniture had blankets and was wrapped before loading on the truck. They took excellent care of our items and moved quickly! I was amazed how fast they had our home cleared out. It would have taken us days. They put everything exactly where we asked at the new home, unwrapped all furniture and left zero mess. They had the entire job completed in just over 4 hours. It was amazing! I hope to never move again but if we do we will certainly be using them again. We have already recommended them to anyone we know who is moving!

Ramon, Joe and Jordan did an excellent job of moving our home. They were efficient and thorough and worked in 95’ heat with smiles the entire time. We will recommend Miracle Movers of Greensboro to everyone we know. A+ service. Wendy was also a joy to work with

Just moved from Greensboro, NC to Chambersburg, PA. The team was lead by Jared with a team of Antoine, Joshua, and Damien. Very professional team, listened to our expectations, and really worked with us. Unfortunately, the truck had some rain leak in, but Jared stepped up and pointed out the issue and addressed it as best they could. Fortunately, nothing was really damaged and just wet boxes. They worked with us, knowing that this was a temp location for about 10 months while our house is being built. They packed our garage with items we would not be using and wanted those items to be easily moved again.In short, I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Greensboro area.Thanks Team!

I would not recommend. The guy under shot the quote by about $1200. They dropped my blackstone grill off the back of their truck. They lost a key to one of our cabinets The original guy who came out to quote said it would be a easy job. Turns out he had no idea what he was doing. Turned out we needed 2 trucks instead of the one . When I asked about this, he rudely asked me if I added more stuff to the move .The crew was amazing but they are led by a incompetent management

Just wanted to share my very positive experience with Miracle Movers. Even though it was a small job, just moving a refrigerator a few miles, they acted like they really cared. They showed up on time, even calling to say they were on the way, were very professional and took care of the load out and in like it was their own house and property. 10 out of 10 and I will definitely be using them again.

Best moving experience I’ve ever had. Coordinating the move with Maegan made the moving process so smooth. Michael and Ramon were amazingly professional, totally courteous, communicative, kind, considerate, and very hard-working. They got so much done. Not a single thing got damaged and everything was put in the right place and set up nicely. The way they treated my elderly father definitely stood out. Would recommend Miracle Movers 100%.

We are so thankful for the Miracle Movers team! From my first call to inquire, to getting an estimate, the whole move (loading the truck to placement of furniture in the rooms) , to payment- the entire process was respectful, efficient, and customer centered. The entire team worked efficiently from start to finish. We could not have asked for a better moving day! The quality of service for the money we paid was exceptional! I recommend Miracle Movers to anyone making a move.
