Customer service associate was very rude didn’t want to help me out when I asked for help. Older white lady just stared at me and kept walking didn’t ask me if I needed anything.

This store needs to clean house with the employees that work in the front (cashiers/baggers). I came in on a Saturday morning 1/13/24 i think and stood at the Customer Service desk for 15 minutes while 3 employees just stood there talking. They all saw me standing there and chose not to help or say...ANYTHING- like i dunno- "someone will be with you in a minute"? LAZY and anything they are getting paid is way too much. NOT going back to any Food Lion- poor customer service every time i go in and this was the final straw. Harris Teeter might be more expensive but the poor service at Food Lion just isnt worth it.

I don't go to just one Food Lions about six stores because I can get great service at any l visit but I'm amazed how these stores are Taylor for the the neighborhood they are in and I like All of them because they are cleaned and well stocked in all departments. Plus with their food card saving is easy to use and your saved money without going to your computer to see it...
