Leave my dogs so cute after the grooming and my dogs smell so good after but if your dogs need a hair cut suggest to call about a month before because they are booked some times but I love that place and definitely taking them back.

Doctor is great. Quick and efficient. Front desk representatives are very rude and unprofessional. It took them a while to find thr account the day of my appointment and they told me they would bill it to account(meaning no documentation was given) however now my dogs last visit has not been recorded in the system and instead of trying to find a resolution the rep continued to cut me off and tell me his shots were not done. I was able to go into detail in regards to our visit that day. I will not be returning due to the unprofessionalism. I understand mistakes happen but the approach and issue could have been handled a lot more appropriately then just advising what the practice is because its obviously all employees do not follow the same policy.

Dr. Upshaw the best!! Burlington Road Animal Hospital has managed to stay small and bar none Dr. Upshaw is the most compassionate vet in this area!! I think he truly LOVES animals and His staff is the best !! If you want a vet who is honest and transparent go to BRAH!!

Love this Vet Clinic. Always friendly and helpful. Dr is excellent with pets and owners. Helps you make reasonable choices and understand options. Not pushy, but knowledgeable and from. Doesn't rush through appointments.

✨️ Family took their 14 year old senior dog in for a check up, she was having issue with one of her hind legs. Family stated the vet and entire staff were Amazing! Apparently, Juicy likes the atmosphere, because she was walking around soliciting pets.
Examination indicated she is good, strong heart beat, lungs, good teeth, with exception to a litte plaque in the back area.
Next step is taking her back for a more professional grooming. ✨️

The staff here is very hard-working and the veterinarian is a great guy he really cares about the animals I wouldn't take my pets any other place
