Edited with an update - I was hoping I could say this was resolved and they have "made this up to me" like the reply here says, but unfortunately, they have ruined their name even more. Clay the owner called me and very rudely said they now are unwilling to fix the scratches they lied about being on the vehicle.
Highly do not recommend buying anything from Westgate Triad. They have a terrible team of lying employees. If I could go back, I would have purchased it from anywhere else.
Purchased a '24 Outlander a couple weeks ago after over a week after being in contact with this dealership about coming to get in for about 2 weeks.
Within 10 minutes of being at the dealership I noticed a bunch of little marks on it that looked like scratches and asked Ryan about them. Ryan stated they were just adhesive from the packaging during transit, and it would all be taken care after he said that I stopping looking at it because if they were all marks from the protective packaging during transit, I did not need to look for other things that might be wrong exteriorly because it would have been covered. We got all the paperwork filled out and Ryan moved the car, so it was right by the door in the shade then we left. Three days later I went to drive it the first time after getting it back home and since the sun was out noticed all the spots, I had pointed out were still there. After messaging Ryan, he said I needed to purchase a car safe adhesive remove. After wiping everything down some of the obvious adhesive spots came out but the matching scratches down the side did not because they were SCRATCHES not adhesive. I sent videos and pictures showing most of them to Ryan which he said he would show the management team the following morning which he never did. I finally messaged him the later to see if there was an update, and was only asked if I was going to be in their area soon. After informing him I had no plans of driving there (2.5 hours away) he would not reply to any of my messages. The following week my dad was finally about to get ahold of the owner, and they are only willing to fix them if I drive down. So, who knows what type of job they are going to do fixing it.
On less important note.
I filled out the information online and made it very clear this was my car. I was paying for it and my dad was only co-signing so I could get the 0% APR. When filling out the paperwork there we questioned why my dad was listed first and the finance guy assured us that they were equal on the accounts. Now when setting up all my payment with Santander they say he is the account holder, and I am the co-signer and the only way to fix it is to have them refinance it. If I could give a place 0 stars I would.

Service advisor was very helpful and offered great customer service. He explained what was needed and not needed for proper vehicle maintenance and Sis not pressure me into doing something that was not necessary. I will be back!

I called up there to Inquire about a car on Thursday, I had no plans of going up there that day but I talked with their salesman Matthew, and I could tell these guys stood out to other dealerships. They responded in a timely manner to all my needs and questions, as well as were transparent with their knowledge. By far the best dealership I dealt with throughout my car buying process. Went up there that Thursday, because they were able to earn my trust. Test drove the car signed all the papers same day, and pulled off with the car the very next day. Very satisfied with my experience, even recommended with them to my friends, and would definitely go back again. Matthew and Dallas made my process easy, comfortable, and time efficient.

I had the privilege of going into this dealership today and I was treated with the best customer service. My vehicle had to be towed in for repairs and the service department was exceptional. They serviced my vehicle and I left with my vehicle. I can't Remember the department person's name but he and Brian Hawkins were the greatest. I will continue to do business with them when I decide to buy a new SUV or if I have any other problem. I'm sold!!!!

Best place for buying and having your Mitsubishi serviced. These guys are a friendly and class act. A far cry from the hatefulness and rudeness experienced twice at the other local Mitsubishi dealer.

Had car towed there, wouldn't start. They quited $475 for a battery and clean battery posts. Rediculous!! I picked up car and took to Autozone, they cleaned battery post for free, and battery tested as perfect! Dealers are a ripoff!

Got this toy brand new triad mitsub make it happen with a lowest rate, now they keep up with me with my maintenance ,no appointment no problem fast services in and out. Staff is cool nd friendly i highly recommande triad Mitsubishi

We drove to Westgate Triad Mitsubishi to look at a Honda Ridgeline from Raleigh. Brian Hawkins had it ready to go when we arrived. We talked and he made me feel comfortable and there was no pressure from him. I ended up buying the Ridgeline and Brian and the other staff made our buying experience a great experience!

Update: Dallas reached out and offered to to pay towards the cost of the repair after seeing my feedback. I appreciate the time he took to call and try to work out a common ground to leave the transaction on a positive note. :)
The experience started out great. We are about 2 hours away from the dealership and they drove the truck out to us for a test drive and coordinated a loaner for us while they took the truck back to do some cosmetic repairs after we purchased. But a couple weeks after we purchased this truck the check engine light came on... got it checked out and it was a sensor code and a transmission code that was triggering the light to come on. We called the dealership since we have had the truck for such a short time and Dallas the manager assured us this would be covered under their warranty but after 3 days of not having the vehicle while it was in the shop the 3rd party warranty company will not cover the repairs and we will be stuck with the bill. Does not leave a good taste in my mouth as we are having to pay for repairs on a vehicle we have not even made the first payment on.
