I scheduled through email but one of the salespeople did not write my name down for an appointment. But they scheduled someone an hour later and wasn’t told until 12 minutes after my said appointment was supposed to be set and was unable to drive the car or buy it.

I had such a great experience shopping at Cash for Cars! Being new to the country everything is a bit more difficult but they made it so easy. They stayed open for two extra hours while I got a complicated insurance problem sorted and were very understanding. Can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The dealer there was very helpful and guided us through the entire process. Additionally, they were honest about the titles and we were able to get the car we wanted with a clean title, and at a great price. 10/10!

Bought a lemon here, lucky enough it blew up on me before my two week warranty ran out. I asked for a refund of my cash down payment, received a check which wouldn't be honored by the bank upon which it is drawn, and it was denied. I had to pay a $200 fee to get my refunded deposit. This is not acceptable. Beware!

Claudia at Cars for Cash was super helpful and communicative while I was in the process of purchasing my "new" 2011 Toyota Tacoma. There was a lot of back-and-forth between the car lot, my lender, and my insurance, and it took about a week for me to finalize the deal. Claudia was always super responsive and understanding as I worked out all the details between various parties. I could not be happier with my purchase and the service that I received at Cars for Cash!!

I had a really great experience with this dealership. We were looking for an older model minivan. They had a good selection and the minivans were priced reasonably. They were quick to communicate when I reached out and were very professional. Also, they were not pushy at all. They were open to me taking the car to a third party mechanic and were responsive with feedback from the mechanic. Ultimately, we purchased from them and would purchase again in the future.

A smooth, pressure- free, car buying experience. The sales staff were friendly and did not try to convince me one way or another just answered whatever questions I had. Ended up in a 2015 Subaru Forester for cheaper than almost any other dealer that I had been to previously. I would buy with these folks again anyway. Thanks y’all.
