You can tell the mechanics here are experienced and know their stuff. I dropped my SUV off in the morning and picked it up later in the afternoon, feeling like a new car. I'd recommend this shop to everyone who wants quality service. We will absolutely use them for any future repairs.

Gold City provides excellent work and their customer service is always amazing. Most would call our recent visit a routine visit. They still took the time to provide courteous customer service and we were back on the road quickly. Can't go wrong with Gold City!

I did not have a great experience here. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday after calling to confirm that they could fit me in. I asked for an oil change and to check the squeaking drive belt. Thursday came with no phone call so my husband called to check on it and they said that they would call us, that they hadn’t gotten it in the shop yet. Friday came still no call so we called and left a message that we would just be picking the car up that afternoon. Got a text a few hours later saying the car was ready, but no details on what was done or how much it cost. At pickup we found out that they had only done the oil change and it cost almost $80. Wasn’t satisfied with the communication, the time it took to get the job done, or the price.

Aaron and his crew provide a very good mechanic service. I took our 2005 Mercury Mountaineer to Gold City Tire with multiple check engine faults.
