Unprofessional. We called in for a car to be transported to the lot. Manager Ron stated the car was there. We traveled over 30 minutes to the lot for them to not have the car there. They tried to bring another car around which we did not ask for. Very disappointed.

We bought a vehicle today with Shawn! He was great as well as the whole staff. I definitely recommend coming here. They're not like the average car dealerships! And it didn't take all day!!!!It'll be awhile before we buy another car, but when we do... We'll be back!!

Terrible. The staff puts in friendly and supportive face while they lie to you. I was told there was an owners manual in the car. No manual. I had a tire leaking air (the sensor turned on while I was driving home from the dealership). Will they fix it No. I was told the AC worked (it was cold when I bought the car, I couldn't test it). No AC ($1500 fix). Both key fobs batteries died within 1 week. Do they call to check on you, yes. Will they call you back if you ask for anything on that check in call? No. Will they actually help you with anything they say they will? No! As far as I am concerned these guys are a classic example of sleazy used car dealers.

Purchased a car from Deacon Jones pre-owned 3 months ago. Shaggy was the salesman. Ron Hyman was also assisting. The experience altogether was not good at all. We just received the tags today after 3 months and two sets of 30 day tags, and multiple calls and excuses. The service manager "Ron Hyman" today was very rude, disrespectful and aggressive. This trait was not seen when we first purchased the car. Now 3 months later and no service warranty, we need new brakes and rotors. Which will be an out of pocket expense.

I've bought 2 cars here, 100% satisfaction both times. I love the transparency they provide, and the effort they put in to make sure you get the best deal they can get you. I've been to multiple dealerships in my life time, this is the only one that gets my 5 stars and will be the reason I'll be back here when it's time to buy again.

Just bought a Kia Forte GT from here. Mike took care of me and was very informative. Charlie handled my paperwork. All very nice guys there. They all took good care of me. I would definitely recommend going there. They made it pretty easy! Keep up the good work guys. I'll definitely be back!

Bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and I can't believe my last experience I had. They have incompetent people in the office that will lose your paperwork and you keep calling they assure you it's done for 2 months just to find out they lost your paperwork and it was never processed. Charlie is the best thing they have, he goes over and beyond for his customers, without him that place would fall apart.
