Had an order with them over a month. Received some screws, but the bulk of my order has not shipped, square body door panel set. I have called multiple times over the last 2 weeks just trying to talk to someone and no answer and no call back on multiple VM's. If it's not available or Out Of Stock then don't let people order it and take their 1000 dollars. You must have to be on TV or You Tube to get your products.

Absolute liars. I placed an order in September 2022 I received a small part of my order in November 23 but still no door panels! USA1 are ignoring my emails now! Ripoff scammers! Do not buy from this company they are liars!

Run read the reviews. This company will not respond. never received a dash pad. Door panels showed up and broke on install. I spent $6400 on one order for them not to respond. Great customer service yeah right

Place an order of dash and door panels almost two years ago (22/05/2022) and not received it yet! Very disappointed of customer service for not responding back. I will never try to order from them again. I would rather order from another company instead of waiting two years.

A year later still waiting on door panels calling doesn't matter this is simply put the worst company to do busy with just give my refund every call same lie do not buy from them didn't deserves the 1star but had to give to them to post review

Prepare to wait a long time. Very limited communication about your order, along with empty promises when you finally talk to someone.

Poor communication, both phone and email. I ordered the kick panels w/ speaker pods. They came in after waiting nearly a month. Come to find out, USA1 didn't manufacture the kick panels. The have Retro Sound stickers on the back. I checked with Retro Sound, the kick panels are in stock and ready to ship within 1-2 days. So i waited a month for some dill weed to spray paint/dye these panels blue. Benefit, the panels are cheaper thru USA1. But the unprofessionalism and lack of communication makes wanna spend more with a competent company.

Called and spoke with customer service. Friendly and helpful. Call before you order and ask if parts are in stock and wait time. You won’t be disappointed, USA1 parts are worth the wait. You won’t get the same quality buying black interior pieces and dying them with colorbond.

I just finished sending a message to this company about the dash pad that I paid for over a year ago (12/5/22). Each time they respond, "I will check with the production manager." The last message stated my product would ship in 30-45 days this was sent on October 16, 2023, and still no product received. I have sent a final message asking for them to give me a firm shipping date and tracking number, otherwise cancel my order. I am not sure if this is the norm for this company, but if they do not respond I am filing a Consumer Complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Buyers Beware!

Ordered a sliding glass window for an '86 Chevy C10 on Jan 10. Site said widow was in stock and they took my money immediately. I called on Jan 24, and was told they would receive the window (even though it was supposed to be "in stock" ) "by the end of next week." That would make it Feb 2. Called back on Feb Feb 7 once I hadn't heard anything from USA 1 Industries. The lady on the phone told me the exact same line, "the end of next week." When I point out that was her exact response, that their website showed the item in stock, and that they took my money right away she yelled at me and told me I could get a refund. When I said that's what I wanted she said "fine!" and hung up on me. Seems to be a theme of taking people's money and not having an item. Most juvenile person answering the phone.

I finally received my order today and it is complete and all the parts are very high quality actually better than original. If you want parts of lesser quality faster than find another source. The wait was worth the quality. Communication could use work but they always responded to calls or emails.

I have been ordering parts from USA1 for almost 3 years for my 84 K10. The quality of the parts has been exceptional. When I have had any issues or questions Cheri has always been there to help. there where some delays with a couple of parts but Randy and Cheri always kept me informed. When needed I will be ordering more parts as needed from USA1.
