Never going back.Just moved to Gastonia from Charlotte where I have my usual eyebrow place but figured it would be nice to find a place near my house. The first time I tried to go, there was a sign on the door saying they’d be back in 10 minutes. So I waited for 10 minutes. When no one showed up, I called the number. The woman said she was currently picking her kids up from school. I understand that. But when I asked how much longer it would be, she said about 10-15 minutes. I decided to come back another time.Today I finally came to get a basic clean up on my brows. I should’ve known something was wrong when she didn’t ask me to hold the top and bottom of my brows like I usually do. It was the most painful eyebrow threading I ever experienced and when she was done I noticed there was a spot under my right brow was uneven and a couple of hairs could be taken out. I asked her if she could get that spot and she went ?? to ?? town ?? yanking way more hairs than I know she needed to. Now I have uneven brows and to top it all off, it was more expensive than what I normally pay in Charlotte. I won’t be going back. Period.If you’re in the Charlotte/Gastonia area, Idolize is better.

I visited browart23 at four seasons town center greensboro NC and heena did great threading job on me. It was nice and without pain with soft hands. Surly visit again

At first i was a bit scared because of the reviews. However, I decided to take a chance over 3 months ago. I have to say I am so happy I was not led by the reviews this time. She listened and had great suggestions for me as well. I have very full thick eyebrows She knew i didn’t want thin eyebrows. I have continued to visit her every 2-3 weeks because my eyebrows grow rapidly. My experience has been great!

I have not experienced a bad eyebrow threading from this place. I travel 45mins almost each month to ensure I'm top notch. Threading usually lasts me 4 week. Very seldom do I have to take tweezers to clean up. I laugh everytime in August bc she takes vacation, and I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. So I wait.

She does a great job, and is very kind. Takes time with each of her clients. I had to wait before(I didn’t mind waiting) but she took time and care with her client that she was with before me, and gave me and my unwanted hair the same time and respect. Worth every penny and when my thicker hair grew back it is thinner. She is very thorough. Very pleased with her salon and her service.

very bad job. Pinch several times with the thread, left one brow very fine and the other very thick... That lady doesn't know what she's doing.

Very bad job on my eyebrows. While she was doing them I just knew she was messing up because I could feel her pulling out hair that wasn’t supposed to be pulled out. She had taken part of my eyebrow off and now they are uneven and look too far apart. She also shaped one different from the other. My first and last time going there.

She really messed up my eyebrows. Super uneven I’m very embarrassed. Go somewhere else. She rushed through doing my eyebrows and left me a bunch of scans under my brow.

They damaged my eyebrows, I do not recommend this place, when I complained he told me that I did not have hair in that part which is a lie, and to try to fix his mistake I end up damaging both eyebrows.
