Schedule an appointment, go check in and they act like they don't know why you are there. Then they tried to have me soak my feet for a pedicure when I told them I was only there for a manicure...so then they have me sit again so after 17 minutes no one is doing anything. Poor management and customer service. Left and went to another salon who took me straight back without even having an appointment.

To say I’m frustrated is the least I came into the salon 5/28 to have gel on my hands and feet . The following day 1 nail was chipped off and multiple nails half finished. I went back in 5/29 and a nice gentleman told me not to worry and took care of 2 chipped nails I got back home and the other hand has already started chipping. I spent $60 for gel on nails and toes no med pedi just polish. The lady on the first day seemed like she was rushing even though we were the first people in and the salon was empty. I have no problem paying good money for good quality service. I should not be having chipped nails on day 2. The nails the gentlemen fixed are fine. It’s the other hand that is starting to chip. I have not been outside or doing any work nor do I bite my nails.

Cali did an incredible job on my pedicure and full set!! The video doesn’t even do them justice, they look so stunning. She was so nice and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I was really indecisive of what I wanted too and she was super patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. And the pedicure was top notch! I highly recommend this salon and Cali, she’s awesome!! I can’t wait to come back for my future nail appointments

This was my first time at Avalon. I went for a gel manicure. I believe my technicians name was Tia. She did a great job and was very sweet. I'm sure I'll be back.

Today was my first experience at Avalon Salon. Full disclosure things started off a little slow and unimpressive. I had an appointment time but had to wait an additional 30 minutes due to one of the staff calling out sick. However, the wait was well worth it! I had the Candle pedicure ( GET ONE ASAP!!). Lisa gave me by far the best pedicure experience I have ever received in my entire life! She was very attentive and took her time making sure every step was executed perfectly! She showed the same care with eyebrow and lip waxing services. The icing on the cake was the coffee! Avalon was kind of chosen for me as my husband gave me a gift card for my birthday (BEST GIFT EVER) However, I will be treating myself to a day at Avalon at least once a quarter form here on out! GREAT JOB Lisa and Avalon Salon!!

Made an appt for 5:45 and got a call at 4:40 asking if I was coming. I stated that I had made a 5:45 appt. They said unless I could be there by 4:45 they would need to reschedule as they were wanting to go home early. They offered to schedule me for tomorrow so I let them know 5:45 would be fine. My confirmation text came through with a 4:45 appt…. Needless to say, I will get my nails done elsewhere.

Wife made an appointment for us to get pedicures at 5:45. At 4:40 we got a call asking if we were coming because they put it in as 4:45. She was then told they wanted to close early and if we count be there by 4:45 they wouldn't be able to get us in. offered to make here an appointment for the next day at 5:45 and when she received a confirmation message for the new appointment it said 4:45. Do Better.
