This is by far the worst Walgreens! I used it because it was close to the Emergency Department. It took 8 phone calls, 2 calls to the ED(who said they sent it twice) and over 24 hours later they finally said they had a rx for antibiotics called in! Worst experience, I will never make the mistake of getting pills filled at a Walgreens again!

Absolutely terrible!I made an online appointment to get a flu shot. I was told that my insurance only pays for the flu shot they no longer had. I explained that the information they were giving me was incorrect and right on the insurance website it says they pay for both of the different flu shots. I was again told that according to the computer I couldn't. I called my insurance company and they said that I was indeed correct. I went back to the window and the person I was originally speaking to went to lunch and the lady there now said that the first person was new and she would take care of it. 25 minutes later there was no communication and when I went back up to the window to ask how much longer she got nasty. I am not going to put up with this entitled child talking to me like that and just stand there. But I'm not going to make a scene in a Walgreens so I just left and I will NOT conduct any more business at Walgreens. I want to add that there was no one else there so they were not busy and were just standing around. Except the pharmacist, I saw she was busy but that's not who deals with the up front stuff and the flu shots.Hopefully CVS will have better employees.

Horrible pharmacy. Switch to somewhere else. End up wasting time dealing with these folks

Simply trying to get my son's prescription filled. I was on hold for 40 mins and someone just hung up on me so I had to call back and start the whole process over. Very unprofessional and I will have his prescription sent to the other Walgreens location. It's been three years of the same thing over and over.

I have had the worst experience with this Walgreens Pharmacy. I have never been to a pharmacy where it takes days to fill a prescription. If you would die without your medicine, don’t bother getting it filled here. It can’t be the practices because I’ve had several prescriptions filled here from different practices and it happens every time. Meanwhile, I call another locally owned pharmacy and they have the meds in stock and only take 15 minutes to fill. Angry is an understatement.

Prescription was called in during morning hours (10:30 AM)... Called back to check on status of prescription at 12:00PM the same day, the prescription wasn't ready and the status unclear. I called back at 2:00 PM kept being placed on hold for about 40 minutes... And, once I actually had the chance to speak with a human... I was told that my prescription was not ready. I had to keep asking how long it would take. I was then told by the person it would take 30 minutes even though she said she had it in her hand. This is not the first time that I have had an issue with getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner... The customer service is very poor, and unprofessional. I'm thinking about going back to Walmart Pharmacy... I choose this Walgreens because it was closer to my home, but the way everything is now in society...all one can hope for is to receive prompt and courteous dealings with the merchants we choose to spend our hard earned money with. #DoBetterWalgreensPharmacy

There is a young, apparently brand new assistant I believe named Sally that can barely speak, moves slower than a tortoise and can barely be heard. A zombie comparatively is lively. Also, she has no clue how to use the system. She has no business serving customers. We wasted 20 minutes watching her come down from her quaaludes while she was tripping.

I have always used Walgreens as my pharmacy of choice … until now! I moved and this is the closest to my home. The staff that I’ve interacted with are rude, unprepared and not capable. A important prescription that was sent to the pharmacy over a week ago, is still not ready for pick up. Really not acceptable.

Consistently ridiculously slow service. Today for example I go in to pick up my prescription which costs nothing and is ready. There's a guy at the counter when I get there and one person in front of me. I counted 6 employees behind the counter, only one working the register. One lady was just eating a party size bag of doritos, no mask, ignoring the people in line. took almost 15 minutes for me to just pick up my prescription. Then I grabbed a 6-pack or pepsi on my way out. One customer in line at the only check-out register, cash only because their system is down but should be quick at least. The woman on register checks the lady out, bags her stuff, takes her money, makes change, then realizes she's missed 2 items so she needs to ring her up again. I just left the soda on the shelf. Like, people have stuff to do guys. Get on your game it wasn't even a busy time. I'm gonna move my pharmacy somewhere else.

The only drug store near me that I know of besides Target. They are conveniently located on my way to work. I wish they opened before 8:00 am and closed later, but they seem to always have what I need when I go. Very helpful if you have a cold or flu to get meds before work.

Pharmacy service is generally very good here. Occsionally will take an hour to fill prescription, but they can also be quite busy at the end of business days. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Waited in line for 10 minutes for a flu shot. The pharmacist said they were too busy and they were closing in 20 minutes. Walgreens don't advertise that you can just walk in for a flu shot when you really can't. I would expect this from Rite Aide and CVS.

The staff is extremely friendly both in the pharmacy and the store.
