Manager was training new employees on how to make my order, and the end result was excellent - probably the best I’ve had from a Sheetz. I can definitely recommend this stopping by this location and commend the manager for her excellent work.

Today I worked all day without eating anything, and all because of the por service from those who work in the Sheetz kitchen, I waited for more than 20 minutes and they never gave me my food, and all because they don't pay attention to who they deliver the food...
Of course I won't go back

Saw multiple times on the card reader that cash back due was 32.00 dollars for lottery, she cashed it out and gave me 31 after asking she said she only owed me 32. I think she took my money. This was the older female manager probably around 45-50. She immediately threw my receipt away. Absolutely trashy and rude.

There’s a few staff members that have been here for a while and are always friendly during my frequent stops (for coffee). Overall the store is generally clean and usually quick. My biggest issues are: 1) often out of coffee items, mainly creamer 2) Food taste/quality is garbage on most mto food vs price 3) About 75% of my mto orders are wrong, don’t EVER add items that charge (like cheese or bacon, you’ll likely not get it). I get mistakes happen and things run out but it happens a lot

Order at 2.01 am still in the store at 230 waiting on a simple sandwich .wait time is very long need to do better on there service was offered some coupons after the 35 mins wait time for a drink and free lunch I order hot sandwiche but it was cold with the meat just in the wrapper outside the bread o well

The dude named Daniel is a rude MF, hands down rudest person I’ve ever met, didn’t greet me when I walked in, had an attitude the whole time, made my food wrong, and when I asked him to remake it he pretty much told me to screw off without saying “screw off”

If the employees make a mistake and give you the wrong product and you don't immediately catch it DON'T expect them to make it right. Absolute insanity they make a mistake but won't fix it.

I stop here for gas all the time and sometimes go through the drive through for a snack. Love that you can order on the screen and the food is tasty. But seriously this is the longest wait EVERY SINGLE time in a drive thru. I've been here a good 30 minutes before and today is the worst ever. So over it. Hire more people or close it down.
