The young lady (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) that helped myself and my two girls today was phenomenal. I came in in a panic, as the salon I had booked with canceled our appointments without warning 3 hours before family pictures. The Sephora associate helped match us with makeup colors and helped us find everything we needed, including an Amika hair tool, to help us get ready for family pictures. Thank you so much!

CONNIE MADE MY DAY!!! My skin is extremely hard to match & I expressed that to her. She’s the sweetest lady & reassured me that we’d find something. Then proceeds to find my match in 5 minutes or less!! She’s the best! ?♥️

I went in on Friday at 9:20am on 2/16/24. As soon as I walked in I heard an associate say “welcome in” but I realized she wasn’t even talking to me, she was talking to the white lady that walked in AFTER me. I walked around the store FIVE times looking for Anastasia Beverly Hills, and nobody offered me help; or even acknowledged me. The Black associate walking around on the phone didn’t even say anything. Like, I’m offended because I know they all saw me. But it’s cool, I’ll just head to Ulta.

As soon as i walked in Erica brought me a bag, asked if i needed any help, and she was super sweet and so very helpful! She would check in and make sure i was good, and help with any questions. She was a o knowledgeable and such a sweetheart! I had such a pleasant experience I had to leave a review! Definitely go see erica she will be more than helpful <3

The girls at this Sephora have always been helpful and sweet. I was looking for a good cleanser and the girl that helped me found exactly what I was looking for and she reminded me of my birthday gift. I'm in this store a lot and every time I've been, the girls working always have smiles on their faces. Thank you so much for all you guys do! I don't know where my face would be without you! :)

My first time shopping at Sephora was amazing. There was one specific employee that made my shopping experience very easy. She was a very outgoing and professional employee. I would like to thank Diamond and I will definitely be back.

They’re ok for when I don’t wanna travel to a Sephora in Raliegh. Employees are sweet. Hours are better than most sephoras. Three stars because they never have the good stuff in stock/long wait for restocks.
