Great store, friendly employees. Produce is normally fresh and very delicious. They usually have everything I need, and the check out crew is always super helpful and friendly.

Best Food Lion I’ve shopped at since this store has opened. Clean and organized very well. The customer service clerk/supervisor “Bo Haynes” is very helpful and enjoyable to socialize with while checking out up front. Normally I go through self-check out when I talk with him. I’d give 10/10 stars.

Great store. Always clean and organized. The staff is so so, not really customer friendly but I expect that these days.Update: Went back to get groceries and the store was clean but not well stocked. The staff is still as unfriendly if not worse than last week. This visit, when I did my self checkout, there was a mix of managers and employees, 5 in total, and not one of them paid attention to the customers in self checkout. They didn't speak or even look at the self checkout kiosks.

This is definitely one of the nicest Food Lions in the area. Spacious aisles, always fresh produce and meats. They seem to carry a little more variety than the other locations. The staff is always very nice and friendly. I actually drive past 2 other stores to visit this location. It's a little out of the way, but it's worth it.11/24It's still one of the nicest stores. Excellent customer service,

This food lion is very nice and clean with a decent selection of fresh produce I can get consistently. 2 stars missing for the lack of customer service and accessibility for help. They have 5 people standing around but they force you to use self checkout. I scanned a whole cart at self checkout for the system to glitch, then was told I have to scan it all at a different terminal without help.

Rudest cashier I have ever had hands down. Older woman seemed pleasant until I brought my 4 items up and immediately got nasty with me and my family. Next time I visit I will be seeking out a manager because that behavior in front of my family has no place at a local grocery store.

People working here are very nice and helpful.Have had spoiled meats and produce a lot from all the food lions in the area.The people here are wonderful.Still the produce is half rotted. How long did it sit outside on the dock? The lettuce is brown and red. Its wasted money and makes us sick.Nothing has changed except higher prices and the food is lower quality.

Not one smile, hello, or acknowledgment as I waited for them to open the doors, late. Employees walked past me at the door. Managers saw me. What happened to customer service? Giving 2 stars bc I like the new store but the staff needs some encouragement and better time management.

This is only for the deli counter unwrapping and packing lunch meats after there's a certain way to use these food Lion bag so they don't get all tore up and you have to eventually put them in a different zip lock baggie because the person behind the deli that's not used the bag properly please train people on these bags thank you.
