Brought my Promaster 2500 to the dealership for a service check due to a slight vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Initially suggested a road force balance, but according to Fernando, the service advisor in their commercial vehicle shop, I needed new tires. Agreed and paid $800 for four new tires, mounting, and balancing. Despite assurances of a smooth ride post-road test, the vibration persisted.Scheduled a follow-up, told they were too busy. Returned the next day per Fernando, dropped off the van. Returned again the next day, only to find out they hadn't started due to being too busy. Despite having the van for almost 16 hours, they only rebalanced the tires, skipped the alignment, and didn't test drive. The issue persisted, worse this time. Reported it to Fernando and insisted on speaking with their service manager. After four phone calls and two voicemails to manager Bill, I finally received a call after mentioning the GM.After speaking with Bill, brought the van in again. Next day, a call saying they found a bent wheel, rebalanced, and claimed it was running smooth. However, the problem persisted, making me question whether I really needed new tires or if it was another dealership scam.Upon receiving the van, Joe from service informed me they missed other issues like bad ball joints and leaking shock absorbers, none of which were mentioned the week before. He said he could only go by what he saw.The lack of consistency, communication, and unaddressed problems leave doubts about competence and customer service. Despite efforts to resolve issues, persistent problems and oversight in the inspection process make it difficult to trust their service. Doubtful about returning to this dealership for any service or future vehicle purchases.

Steven the general manager has the right last name.....BEST ! we are a small irrigation company in Eastern NC, we were shopping for service truck # 11 Steven came out and introduced himself, gave us a tour of the new service facility, we will definitely be back! There was no BUYING EXPERIENCE that we had to go thur it was straight and to the point no BS. WE WILL BE BACK !! Thanks Lee and Tyler Brock BROCK EQUIPMENT CO BAILEY NC

This is my second time purchasing with Capital and I couldn't be happier. I have worked with Jonathan Martinez both times and cant say enough good things about working with him and Capital. They have definitely taken the stress out of buying a new car by streamlining their process. I am definitely a customer for life. HIGHLY RECOMEND

I have purchased more than one vehicles from this location. That being said I was extremely disappointed at the bad attitude of the service department today. The truck I purchased from them had the check engine light come on this morning so I take it in immediately for service, of course the code has to be read by someone with a computer. Who knows what the issue is because after standing for 5 + minuets at the service counter looking at 3 service coordinators who were literally doing nothing I was told sorry come back in a couple of weeks we are to busy to look at it by some bald jackass with a mouth full of food. Take your business elsewhere! I know I will not purchase anymore vehicles from CCJD! Or seek service from those rude asshats in the service department...

After months of searching , we finally found new baby! Josh was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He did an excellent job working with us to stay within our budget while getting a great car. I would highly recommend him and his team in the future.

Folks are courteous but their pricing for an oil change is ridiculous. I don't mind someone making a buck but they should not be charging the prices they do for an oil change. I feel robbed! I've had fair luck with vehicle purchases but DO NOT go here for any service you need to pay for!

Bought our third Jeep from this dealership from salesman Guy. Great experience with him and Chad at Service as well but when it comes to financing, Bill Kistler is the only one that knows what to do. For my son's Jeep, another finance rep worked his lease and it wasn't done correctly. We had to re-sign the lease and the rep held on to my overpayment check because he still didn't have title after almost a month that we have the car. I told them that keeping the check hostage doesn't make sense because they have power of attorney from us. He said he CANT use it to get title. I said he needs to talk to his title office to find out what can be done. He called them while I was sitting in his office and the title lady told him he CAN use the power of attorney to get title. He was stating company policy when he didn't even know what to ask his company title office! He could have made the call last month and save me from this aggravation! He handed me the check without a mutter of apology! The dealership is great and Guy is great, but don't work with anyone else in finance except Bill.

After my 3rd bad experience with this dealership, particularly the salesman named Anthony Turnage, I want to share the latest. I was given an offer for my trade online ($41,125), was then called by an appraiser to confirm when she invited me in for making that official. She was sure to tell me there is a good chance I could get more because the computer doesn't generate the exact number and the market is in need of my vehicle. When I arrived, Anthony interjected in our deal (as he usually does) and had the audacity to ask me why he should buy my vehicle for the offer price. He then proceeded to offer me $38,500. Unprofessional, abrasive, offensive, and disrespectful. The dealership should be ashamed to employee someone with such lack of people skills.

Just went through the car buying (leasing) experience and after visiting almost 10 dealerships boy are we glad to have found the great team at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Garner. Had the best experience with the entire process, they gave us the best price in town, had the exact vehicle we were looking for and more importantly the best service. They treated us like family and we couldn't have been happier with our new Dodge Durango. Thanks to the entire team at Capital CJD; especially to Jeff (Manager), Johnny (Sales) and Michael (Finance).
