Came here on a Wednesday morning (about 10:30am) and found this place to be pretty empty! It was clean, all the machines were working (which I shouldn't have to state, but I've been at laundromats where half the machines were broken), and it had a gender-neutral bathroom in the back. The machines are easy to use but only take quarters! So you'll definitely need to come prepared with cash/quarters (at least $10-15 worth)!A XL wash is ~$8.50 (34 quarters) and the XL dryer is $0.25 per 5ish minutes. There is even a small cafe/juice bar next door that is open for refreshments! Very cute idea if you stick around and wait for your laundry to be done.7/10 - I wish the laundromat would switch to a digital system so that you can transfer money to a card. It would be much easier than carrying around a bunch of quarters.

Was not allowed to use the restroom but other customer was allowed to use the restroom in i was a paying customer had to go behind the building outside

I give it 5 stars. Very clean .And I felt so comfortable in there. Had plenty different sizes of washing machines. I really like it. And it wasn't real hot in there either. Very comfortable temperature.

Overpriced and the restrooms are locked. You’re better off going somewhere else to save some change.

Clean and cheaper than most laundromats in the area, easy to get to. I would leave 5 stars however, with out fail every time I come here the bathroom is always locked with nobody in there. If I'm a paying customer and always spend more than 2-3 hours at a time here i feel like they could atleast allow the customers to have access to a restroom key or some kind of code. Edit: I also wanted to specify that every other store in the shopping center only allows customers in their bathrooms.

Go there once a week. Usually pretty clean. Tonight it was not clean and the machine took 3 extra quarters. It is what it is!

Our white sheets came back dirtier than they were when they were picked up. Our green towels came back a brownish color, with a crunchy texture. No matter what instructions you provide, they use heavily perfumed detergents, fabric softeners and dryer sheets. They may or may not remember to return your flat rate laundry bag, and will definitely not pick up your laundry when scheduled unless you call to remind them.When we used to go into their laundromat ourselves, it was filthy, with several machines out of order, and no bathrooms open to customers. My mistake thinking their scheduled service would be any better.

I've been to this laundromat several times over the years for washing larger items when it was run by the previous management. Sadly, it has really gone down hill. The machines are rusty, several of them are out of service, the floors and dirty, and it's just generally a mess. Unfortunate.

I had come here a few times before and had a positive experience. The last time I went in one of the washers ate my money. I complained to the staff and they told me "we don't believe you put the money in." Like ???? There's cameras check them before accusing people like that seriously.

The Zebulon location is awesome. It’s always clean and they are are open 24 hours. It’s very convenient!

I really liked the clothing carts and how they're designed. It was very clean and the dryers were nice and hot. I will be back.
