I don't feel that their main headquarters is connected with the Franklin Office. I get late notices every month...It's supposed to be on auto-draft so I stay very confused and have had to make several trips into the bank. It was my fault one time but ever since then it's been very frustrating to keep getting late notices and charges when they should be automatically payed. Strange...wouldn't recommend because of this frustration. The ladies in the branch were lovely. I have to plan another trip in on Friday to get this "Resolved" once again. Very Frustrating.

I have always been treated like a valued customer here. I've never seen anyone treated poorly and can't imagine the ladies working there being anything like the complaints I see here.

I have yet to have a good experiance with this branch most of the women are rude and treat you like you are beneath them. I came to close my account and they told me to have a seat it will be just a min and someone can help you and I've been here for over 30 min and no one has helped me but a women came out of her office to help the tellers get people in and out but no one wants to help me this is ridiculous! I would not suggest coming to the franklin branch I would go to highlands before here.
