Nice job on a minor repair, but they left some over spray on sections that weren't part of the repair. I had to clay bar those off on my own.

The biggest complaint I have is that they sent my insurance adjuster away telling them my car wasn’t there when it was. They did own up to their mistake but my adjustor wasn’t able to make it back for 10 days. Franklin Body Shop charged $40/day for lot storage and wouldn’t drop any of the fees for their mistake. Even tried blaming it on my insurance company.

My father had recently hit our 2019 mustang and we had this body shop do the work on the car. What we received was a sad excuse for a paint job the paint has scratches, bubbles and swirls. They told us we could bring the car back and they would fix it, but sadly they could not. This body shop was a waste of time and money. If you have a show car I would not recommend you take it here.
