Very upset with this company. I came home from work and my propane tank was gone. I called and spoke to Carol who was very nice but was told that because I had not placed an order within a certain amount of time they took my tank. I was not contacted by anyone before this occurred or I would have certainly placed an order. Apparently there is a tank shortage and my tank was promised to a new customer. I have been a customer for over four years with this company so I feel very disappointed with what happened to me. I guess customer loyalty is not important.

Traveling from Ohio, ran low on propane on Friday afternoon. Sent text message for information, received a prompt response, got directions, went there after 5pm, and got the propane I needed. Thank you very much

Great customer service and friendly workers!! Every time I have called, Carol is always so informative and helpful! When bringing our tanks to get filled the man (so I did not get his name!) has been nice, and helpful as well! And the best prices!! Thank you guys for helping with our propane needs!!

We didn’t have a way to get our tank filled and happen to see you all in our neighborhood one day so we called today and was told it would be tomorrow. The guy showed up today not tomorrow and was truly a wonderful person. We really appreciate the fast and courteous service. We have issues with our unit and having our fireplace to heat is a life saver. We thank you all so much!!

Called them on a Sunday afternoon assuming to go to a voicemail, Nope In fact they answered took down my personal info and take size called me back within minutes with a quote. The quote she gave was a little cheaper than your big box gas companies and the next evening to truck was at our house filling us up! Highly recommend them and their services!

I’ve used LR for the last 5 years, absolutely the best group of local, helpful and dedicated business owners! Today is Sunday, I called and was running out of gas, Jason showed up in 30 minutes. Always a pleasure and I’m indebted to there services and a customer for life!!
