Love love love their customer service! Everyone is so friendly & their groomers are the best. I love how patient they are with the dogs that come in. We went to petsmart for grooming when my dog was a puppy and they would yank her around and make her more scared & now she’s not a fan of the groomer. Expect lots of treats, lots of love, and the best care for your pups from this place. I’m so sad we moved but happy they have additional stores near us. I will continue to go to woof gang after my experiences here.

No I will not be bringing my dog back here, not even for a fix.
I have a Giant Schnauzer, 5yr old next month. Has had regular grooming. Is very tolerant and a trained working dog. I went to Woof Gang to establish a new groomer as my dog is new to me.
I explained how I am growing her coat out to work towards the typical Giant Schnauzer cut, long beard, long eyebrows and rounded paws. I explained in great detail to Alicia and even when I signed my waiver it said Alicia would be my groomer.
When I arrived for a scheduled mini groom/sani some other groomer took her. I didn’t have much time to explain everything to this new person, but I did ask her to watch out for her nose (she has a two week old injury) and that I was growing out her coat for the Schnauzer look.
GS are not very popular and perhaps this particular groomer has never groomed one but she didn’t say anything to me or the salon manager.
When I got my dog back, my initial response was, “What did they do to you!!?” The groomer said she wasn’t a fan but wouldn’t say she was bad. Just an opinionated dog.
Let’s see- my GS beautiful brows were bluntly cut straight across, bridge of her nose shaved, and not blended. They missed trimming her dewclaws, shaved her anus so close it is still red and irritated, and didn’t trim her sani area where she pees.
I did email this location to share my disappointment. I got a phone call back from the manager Chassidy but there is no way I’m taking her back. All I got were excuses and an offer for Chassidy to do the next groom. I wish I had better things to say because my initial introduction was very promising. Two stars because at least my dog came back with a bath, most of her nails trimmed and an offer to have a different groomer.
I’ll be here just waiting a year or so for her eyebrows and paws to grow back and not look like a poodle or golden retriever. ** last picture is of her eyebrows before the chop

I have shopped here a few times and each time has been an awful experience, I definitely won’t be going back. The owner/manager (I believe her name is Rachel?) is extremely rude and lazy. Any time I’ve asked for help, she huffs and puffs as if it’s an inconvenience for her to do her job. She refuses to move from her desk and just points to where things are in the store. That is just absolutely unprofessional. I have also overheard her say very mean things to her employees, and she takes a portion of their tips??? That’s ridiculous! The selection of dog treats and toys is amazing, but not for triple the price of what they actually cost. You’re better off shopping for these things online! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THIS BUSINESSES DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS OR EMPLOYEES, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY

While I appreciate the exceptional selection and quality of products at Woof Gang Bakery, my recent shopping experience was marred by the disrespectful behavior of a front desk employee. Despite my allergies, she purposefully sprayed perfume upon my entrance, made inappropriate comments about "stranger danger" when greeting another customer's pet, and exhibited a dismissive attitude during a light conversation about their product selection. This pattern of behavior leaves me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. It's disheartening that an employee can consistently treat customers with such disrespect without facing consequences. If this is reflective of Woof Gang Bakery's standards, it raises concerns about a culture of bullying and a lack of dignity and respect towards customers. As a consumer, I expect a more welcoming and respectful environment when choosing where to shop for my pet's needs.

Been a loyal customer for years; Unfortunately, Woof Gang Bakery has lost our business due to the WG charging my husband and I, an additional charge ($100) for missing an appointment yesterday and then coming in today for a groom (+$150)… after stating all of this on the phone due to an unforeseen event that was not under our control. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not recommend to anyone.
