By far the worst car experience ever. The branch manager, Jerome, treated my husband and very rudely from beginning to end. Our $6,600+ online offer turned into a $1,200 in-person offer.
Total bait and switch. I should have donated the car to charity. Jerome does not deserve 1 cent. We would NEVER recommend this company, particularly the Fayetteville location.
