So I just purchased a 2024 Tiguan and I absolutely love it! I know I've wanted a tiguan for a while. Working on the older ones and seeing them I finally pulled the string. Tyler and I talked for a couple days weighing out options and giving me advice as well as the other sales team members helpingme figure out my best route on obtaining the vehicle I wanted. I got the vehicle in 4motion as I knew I wanted a 4motion and in black color. Specific rims that are nicer than others in my opinion. Everything came out to the payment price i wanted to make as well as the dealership making me comfortable up front as I'm used to the technician side of it. Definitely made me feel like more family than I am and learning more about the vehicle features is amazing! Thankyou Tyler so much and the whole sales staff for working with me and getting me into a beautiful 2024 tiguan! Highly recommend business!

So a basic oil change is gonna run 98.99$ plus tax their wash bays have been broken or being repaired remodeled for over 4 months now.. I'm aware the wash and vacuum is complimentary but.. for 100$ I'd like my car washed and vacuumed especially since it takes over 3 hours for you to change just my oil. If it's a European car I wouldn't suggest taking it anyone accept the dealerships in Fayetteville the other " euro mechanic shops " are sketchy and even more expensive then the dealerships without the reliability.

Elizabeth at Volkswagen is awesome. We purchased two 2022 Passat Limited’s from her tonight and the process was so smooth.

My first time comming in was 0 stars I was so sad and upset and I thought of not comming back. Jonathan the manager called me and he apologized he told me if I could give it a second shot with a different team. Let me tell you between Lawrence,Jonathan and Hairam and the financial guy Bert, they made my whole second time expirience less stressful and way better. They treated me like family and next time I need an upgrade They better be here!

I loved our seller June when she sold us the car. Unfortunately, the service after the sale was horrible. I literally had to beg to get an answer to my question and once got threatened by their sales manager Jonathan Gibson.

Went to buy a vehicle and was told multiple time they couldn't pull from other dealers. They push you to buy new cars. They also sold the car I wanted to walk out the door with and had every excuse as to why. Would not recommend they need better customer service skills. Stay away from Elizabeth! Definitely one of the worst car buying experiences! ......will NOT RETURN

June was a wonderful person to work with. She never pressured us and gave us room to talk. We bought Tiguan VW and it has drove like a dream even if it has been a couple of days. I would love to work with June again if we decided to get another car.

The one star is for the decent customer service I have received from Jim and Mike in the service department. I have been a customer at Valley Volkswagen since 2014, when I leased my 14 Passat. At the time I was expecting my first child and drove a 08 Mustang, so I needed a family car. Once the lease ended, I purchased the car and paid off the loan. I kept an excellent service record throughout the duration of the lease even until this day and my car has only been serviced at Valley......that is until their service technicians couldn't figure out why my 'check engine' light continued to illuminate after they "fixed it" 3 times. The last time they "fixed it", which also included an oil change service, they conveniently forgot to add oil and guess what happened....... Well my car began to shake, rattle and roll. Lol, it's funny now, but it wasn't funny when I was driving. So I took my care back in to Valley and they proceeded to tell me that there wasn't an oil leak, but that the oil had evaporated. Now, I'm no auto mechanic, but I am also not Boo Boo the Fool. They knew they had messed up big time and gave me a really nice discount, but the discount means nothing if my engine is forever jacked up due to the poor work or lack of work completed by their "skilled" technicians. Needless to say, I will no longer take my car to Valley. They lost a good customer.

I have been here only twice now to get some basic services done and both appointments took forever. The first appointment was for an air filter, alignment and some windshield wiper blades and it took over 3 and a half hours. The second was to reprogram a key to my car that was pre order and just waiting there. My appointment was at 0830 and I did not leave until almost 1030 with no explication. When I would ask I just got a general answer oh only 10 more mins and they would laugh it off when my appointment was only supposed to be 45-69 minutes. I don't understand I have had 3 VW golfs over 16 years and this has been some of the longest wait times and worst service I have received. Everyone is generally nice which is great but so slow and just a lack of care.

Not a good experience. Save yourself some heartache and go elsewhere. Finance was disorganized and rushed. She literally is pulling pages of documents from you as sign. So very rushed and unpleasant. Nothing went smoothly. Expect Long waits beyond what you'd expect when purchasing a car. Dishonesty with managers. There just really is no true customer service-they simply don't care. No importance of retaining business that's for sure. Also, their "sale" pricing is still higher than competitors. It's worth it to drive to Raleigh or other VW dealerships to get a better price. Definitely do your research before coming in if you must...

Took my 2007 Volkswagen Jetta to be diagnosed they told me it would be about a week until they got to it. I called them a few days later to see if by chance they were able to squeak it in they told me they had. But the news they gave me was very troubling they told me that I would need to spend another $1100 to continue diagnosing the issue because it was timing related and they would have to dismantle the engine. I spoke with them at that time and told them the timing had just been re-done about 20,000 miles ago and that all the chains were good and there was no chance of that in my opinion. They told me that it was more than likely a camshaft a bent valve or both Could be timing chain could be cheaper to swap the engine gave me a quote $5900 for the engine not to mention labor. Got second opinion went to Volksworks They plugged my car in for free The issue is a vacuum line issue that is going to cost me about $30 to fix and about 15 minutes of time. If you have a Volkswagen I would strongly suggest going to VolksWorks Before spending $1500 at Valley
