It's convenient and efficient..my only issue is that they close from 12:30-1:30, so I have to plan my shipping around that, but it's not a huge deal. Have had nothing but pleasant experiences.

Mr. Richard is such a kind spirit .! Thank you for helping us and being so kind even though it was very close to closing . The facility is extremely clean and everyone is so nice .

It’s my go-to USPS center! Everyone is so kind! Sometimes the line gets a bit long, but it’s never that bad because staff works so diligently. I appreciate the kind service every time! ⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the post office and was amazed by the exceptional service provided by Christie. Not only is she incredibly kind and friendly, but her professionalism and dedication to her role are truly commendable.Christie went above and beyond to assist me with my postal needs, and her knowledge and efficiency made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend everyone to visit this post office and specifically seek out Christie for her outstanding service.In a world where good customer service can be hard to come by, Christie and the team at this post office are shining examples of how it should be done. This is Cumberland Post Office and they have great service and management. Never a problem for years. It is ran professionally, everyone is so nice

The best USPS that I have ever been to! The regular lady manning the register here knows what she is doing. She is fast and absolutely knows true customer service! There are closer USPS branches near my home but I drive here everytime because everyone is greeted with a smile.

I absolutely love this post office. The workers are very positive, patient, understanding, and customer service is unmatched. I just released my first book and have needed to mail several out so far and the clerk is very helpful and patient no matter how many packages I have. I pass a few post offices to get there and its completely worth the extra drive!

Can't say enough about the excellent service at the Cumberland Post Office. Linda and her front desk clerk Veretta are super nice, professional and always greets you with a smile. Have been going there for many years but never had a Post Office Box. Like 400 plus resident in my neighborhood, are so fed up with LakeDale Post Office. No mail for up to 5 days, people putting outgoing mail in the box with red flag up with checks and bills to be paid and no pick up. You spend a lot of time going door to door, because you get the wrong mail everyday, you can't blame it on Corvid, this has been a major problem for years. Packages being left with your correct address on it, three (3) streets over, carriers out here at midnight delivering mail and this was way before Corvid came out. May be LakeDale should clean house and start over. Finally, I got me a Post Office Box and don't have to put up with LakeDale and their irresponsible employees.Again thanks Linda and Veretta for treating all your customers at Cumberland Post Office with respect and the professional service you provide. A day doesn't go by that I don't stick my head in the door and say good morning or when I open my box I hollow good morning. LakeDale doesn't deserve 1 Star.
