Sent my live animals, despite live animal stickers on the box AND a request for it to be held for pickup at post office, out on a truck to be delivered in 100+ degree weather.

very poor service. I moved next door and the mail lady will not give me my mail even though I am a 100% disabled veteran

Package was sent back claiming the person home wasn’t the one listed, so obviously you went to the wrong house.Never had a problem with my address.Support is just as useless as the company
