Lillie can be retrained in customer service. Seems tired and just over her job. I got stamps and she just placed them on the counter. I politely asked for the clear covering to protect the stamps that most post offices provide. She picked up the covering and just slid it across. Like hey okay take it and do it yourself. Why not place the stamps in the covering. I’m still waiting on my receipt so you have more than enough time to. & while you’re at it, ask if I want the receipt in the covering as well.Poor customer service. Gross

This is my go to spot. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, but man do they always have something to say if I bring more than 2 packages to mail. And also have ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY! Do not come here if you are in a rush!When the big dude in there is in a good mood, all is great. But if he is having a rough day you can tell in his service.My man tried to make me go use self service because I brought 6 packages! Help me out man!But all that to say, it is still the best USPS store around, they will try to help you if you are having issues! Just got to catch this team on a good day!

Take down the plexiglass!! It never stopped the spread. And it just gets in the way of trying to interact with the staff.

Lady workers are nice. Gave it 2 stars because the birthday card with giftcard i mailed by placing in mail slot inside, never got to its destination. Its been 2 months and never got there. Not accusing this post office but not just keeping silent about this incident

Usually very fast, depending on what day and time you go in depends on how busy it is there. Great service, even when people are being Karen's they keep composure. Recommend if you have a need for a P.O. Box or just need stamps/send a letter quickly!

The ladies who work are nice but this is by far the slowest and most unorganized post office in way of customer service. Waiting 20 minutes with 6 people in front of me and 11 behind me waiting, both ladies leave the front and the line continues to grow. I know its a busy time of year but they may need additional staff who are a little faster.

Probably the best location in my opinion to go to in Fayetteville. I've never had a problem with mail here compared to Ramsey street.

This is a very busy location! The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented even though most people who come into the office is unaware of what happens here. There are plenty of Post Office boxes for rent in the store, which work great for security and delivery of high dollar items. I use this place for all of my shipping needs for my computer business and I know every package is accounted for during the transfer process.

Overall good experience other than the wait time due to precautionary implementation, but once I made it to the station the lady was really nice and it only took a minute or so and I was on my way. The clerk made the experience much more pleasant, so it kind made up for the wait time.
