The employees Markus, Q. Vaughn , & Brandon have always be courteous, friendly, helpful & patient with me & my UPS needs. They are an asset to the UPS team. The packages II send are better priced than usps & get there quicker. Great staff & services is the reason I only return to this location. Thank you all, Mdina :)

This store is the worst UPS Store I have ever dealt with!! The rudest manager; incompetent workers; no regards for the needs of their customers. I had purchased items for my son's homecoming and needed them shipped from NC to Helena, AL. I was promised by "Q" one of the UPS Representatives; that the package would be shipped next day air; however, it was not!! We specifically asked Q if the package would be delivered next day and he stated yes. However, when looking at the tracking, it wasn't going to be delivered until 3 days later. Seeing that the package was at a warehouse (closed to the public) 20 mins from my residence in Alabaster, AL; I drove there and spoke with three different people; begging them to locate my package. Finally, the manager in Alabaster, AL located my package for me. He was great!! I contacted Fayetteville UPS and asked for some type of refund because my package was not delivered as Q had stated. I spoke with Ms. Parks, the store manager; who was of no help!! She stated she would review the video of the transaction and get back with me. She never did, so I called her. She stated she tried to view the video; however, the video had been deleted (this was within 72 hours of our conversation). I asked for her boss' info, and she stated she couldn't give me their info. I am highly upset!! This package was not delivered as stated. I paid $167 to have it delivered next day; and this UPS Store did not deliver!!! I had to locate my package and beg three people at the warehouse to retrieve my package. Ms. Parks did not try to fix the issue at all. Poor customer service!! Train your employees to do better and not to lie to customers!! I would have never paid that amount of money if the package wasn't going to be delivered next day! This is a bad representation of UPS!!! Whether it's a franchise or not, you are still representing UPS. Ms. Parks telling me I can't speak with her boss is ridiculous; but I guess when you're trying to cover up your errors, that's something you do. I am highly upset, and I will be making a trip to Fayetteville soon!!
